Brand new 750 sqft Guesthouse! The home itself is pure Heaven! My husband and I built this with luxury in mind. Brand new everything!! In a nice residential cul-de-sac! There is a creek across the street and park with a grill next door! If you haven't experienced the night sky outside of a big city then you're in for a treat!! There are great views to the south and hiking all around. Includes a back Deck with HOT TUB, grill, fire table and seating right off the master suite!
