This place was perfect for the needs of myself and my friend. It was very close (walking distance) to a festival in town we attended. Sarah was a great host.
A cozy interior space features large windows allowing natural light to brighten the room. A small dining table with two chairs sits beside a rocking chair. A decorative rug adds texture to the floor, while a wooden trunk offers additional storage.

Montrose Quiet Country Home with a View!

Katharyn ARating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Great house for our group of 8! The house was beautiful, clean, and an easy 30ish minute drive to the South Rim Visitor Center of Black Canyon. Lovely porch with a view to enjoy for the evening too.
A queen size bed is positioned near French doors that open to the outside. Sunlight fills the room, illuminating the natural surroundings visible through the open doors. A stone pathway and greenery are seen just outside.

Great stay. definitely could use some updates, i felt like the couch was kinda gross. but totally comfy bed and great and easy quick stay!!
A breathtaking view of rugged canyon walls rises sharply from a narrow riverbed below. The interplay of light and shadow highlights the textured rock formations, with layers creating a striking contrast against the soft hues of the sky in the background.

Aimee was a wonderful, attentive host and was very prompt in her communication. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home. This “Quirky House” was such a fun and unique place. With a rustic feel, it was such a relaxing, peaceful stay. Very spacious and our kids loved it too. We’ll definitely be back to stay in the future!

we loved Abby's barn! it had everything we needed to make our visit comfortable. we enjoyed harvesting walnuts and apples from the yard, and even made a big apple crumble without even having to go to the store! her animals are adorable and we hope to return sometime in better weather so we can enjoy visiting the animals, abby, and enjoying all of the lovely outdoor things that they have on the property

Hidden Seewald Villa on Vineyard with Hot Tub

JessicaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We loved living a little country life for the weekend! It was so nice to have our dogs, and the kids enjoyed exploring the farm roads. We even got to watch a crop dusting plane one morning! Lots of extras, the kids enjoyed: spiral staircase to a kids’ space with a tv, electric fire, bunk bed, bean bag chair, and some crayons and coloring books. TVs in every room and the two bathrooms were comfortable. This is the best location of all four houses, for views and privacy, so we’ll be back and stay at this one again. Hot tub was clean with good jets and privacy. There was a grill we didn’t use, but the couch and fire pit were perfect for enjoying the stars! The first time you drive out, it will seem far, but it got shorter every time we drove to town. It’s worth it for the views (little glimpses of the San Juans and West Elks, and also the Grand Mesa. Comfortable beds and AC! 5 stars!
