- cozy studio apartment with 2 beds (there is a loft bed that is 6” of plush memory foam.) Queen size but is a snug fit for people over 6’ tall. Pull out hydabed on the couch in the living room. -small space there is not a full separate bedroom it’s just the loft living space. We felt so comfortable and at home during our week stay. Our children enjoyed the bunk beds and all the furniture was so comfortable. I will stay there again next time we go to visit family. Loved the location as it is close to town but also off the main roads enough that it was quiet. Josh keeps the place in beautiful condition.

The pictures don’t do this home justice. The kitchen, dining and living room are open and spacious with beautiful views. The kitchen was well equipped for our Thanksgiving meal of 13 people. The home is in a quiet, peaceful area but close to shopping and restaurants. I will stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palisade Vineyard Paradise. What a paradise it was! The gorgeous views of the surrounding Bookcliffs and the Grand Mesa from the upper south facing deck of the house were amazing. The sunsets and sunrises were spectacular from the deck. You get the same views from the hot tub, which was also an excellent place to watch the sunrise. There was plenty of room in the house for our friends and family to visit and the kitchen is set up perfectly for entertaining and dinner parties. Two thumbs up for Ken and Megan providing such a beautiful space! Thanks!

Susan has poured her heart and soul into creating a charming, attractive cottage. Nestled in a serene, picturesque area, it's ideally close to the town and exciting outdoor adventures. I was particularly impressed by her thoughtful guest book, which included helpful instructions for the home's amenities; she provided an array of tourist brochures and excellent restaurant suggestions. Susan has many cute accents throughout the house. Although we didn't meet face to face, her warm hospitality made us feel like we’d known her for ages.
