Absolutely Exceptional — A Stay We'll Never Forget. We chose Jennifer’s Peach Chalet while traveling for my sister’s celebration of life. I was especially drawn to her listing because it mentioned a hummingbird feeder — a meaningful detail, as the hummingbird is my sister’s spirit animal. What we experienced went far beyond expectations. Jennifer left a thoughtful card and a beautiful hummingbird gift for us — a gesture so kind and unexpected, it brought us to tears. Her compassion in such a delicate moment meant the world to us. As for the chalet itself — it was flawless. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed with little details like labeled light switches that made our stay effortless. The views are breathtaking, and the photos truly don’t capture how special this place is. Despite the somber reason for our trip, Jennifer’s home provided the peace and comfort we so deeply needed. It is, without question, one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed in.

We stayed here for two nights while in town for a soccer tournament. It was a perfect place for our family of 5 with plenty of room and amazing views of the national monument right next to it. The patio was so peaceful and landscaping was so beautiful to look at. If you want a secluded private location this is the place for you, very quiet, natural surroundings. The inside is very well appointed and modern, big bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen. Great place to stay, would definitely go back.

Excellent stay at Cat's place. everything was as described and shown in photos. Cat was very responsive and helpful. Location is a suburban-type neighborhood and seemed very quiet. There are sidewalks if you want to walk/run, and downtown is a short 5-10 minute drive. Definitely would stay here again if we are in the area.

This was the cutest little place for us to stay. My husband and I were traveling just for one night with her three year-old granddaughter and everyone slept amazing. The beds were so comfortable! The little cottage was decorated just perfect and minimal. The host were so friendly and super quick to respond. We only got to stay one night, but I look forward to staying another in the future for a longer visit!

My family of 6 loved this home. We got to spread out. The beds were comfortable. There were three bathrooms with showers. The kitchen is awesome! We cooked steak on the grill, baked garlic bread, boiled corn on the cob, and cut up watermelon all at once. There were plenty of dishes and a lot of spices available. We loved the hot tub. That was the best after hours of driving. The hosts were responsive and have put a lot of work and little details into making guests comfortable. We definitely recommend this home to anyone staying near Grand Junction.

This peach of a farmhouse is truly a hidden gem! We have been multiple times and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else in Palisade. Julie as always is the perfect host everything is in order and as advertised. Great find and even better peaches!

This older home has lots of charm with beautiful decor. Beds were comfortable and the house was very roomy with plenty of relaxing furniture and a well equipped kitchen. It is a great location to Gunnison National Park, Ouray, Telluride, Ridgeway and more! And the town has lots of amenities. We loved Ouray, Box Canon Falls and Gunnison. Brittni is an excellent host with great communication and accommodating to offer an allergy free house with no fragrances. We truly appreciate it. We highly recommend this house since you will feel right at home with an abundance of amenities. It was an easy check in and check out and parking. We can’t say enough about it!

A great place in the core of Paonia. Location, location, location! Restaurants, shoppes, dining options, activities. Great places to explore in town! Wineries, community museum, beautiful places to visit (Crested Butte, Black Canyon) just so much to explore & enjoy!

Myself and my friends loved our stay at Lesley’s place! Lesley had clear notes/instructions scattered around the house which was extremely helpful for figuring out the tv and the shower. It was comfortable and I felt right at home. Above all else, the scenery was beautiful! It was lovely to sit outside in the backyard and enjoy the view of the mountains. Highly recommend staying at Lesley’s place!

I had an amazing stay at Kevin's place! The apartment was incredibly clean, and the location was perfect for exploring downtown. Kevin was also very responsive and helpful, providing me with great local recommendations. I'll definitely be back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Tori’s loft. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was super comfortable. Our dogs appreciated the pads on the stairs for their paws. Location felt peaceful and secluded, yet was a few minutes away from Main Street. We would definitely stay again!

We needed a quiet spot for a good nights sleep before beginning our next day of adventures and it was perfect and exactly what we needed. We slept great and she was so helpful.

My stay at Ryan’s place was a great experience! The location cannot be beat - access to parks, downtown, and additional shopping was extremely easy. You can definitely experience the best of Grand Junction from this location. The space is really cute and made me feel at home. It was actually bigger than I expected! The kitchen had everything I needed, enough linens available, and the bedroom and living room were very comfortable. Check-in and check-out were easy and clear. I would highly recommend a stay here and will look to book again for future trips to Grand Junction (I just love the town and everything outdoors around it)

The location was quiet, well-kept, and restful. I met the neighbor’s friendly pup before entering which was a plus. The accommodations were complete having everything one needed. Clean inside and the added coolers were a nice touch. Enjoyed the stay

This was our second stay at one of Scott and Mark‘s condos. It’s definitely not our last. Very clean, spacious, well supplied with all amenities needed and then some. We love the location, being able to walk around downtown Montrose. Thank you, Scott and Mark, for another great day. We will be back!

Amazing place! We loved it so much. It was very clean and cute. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Janell and Mike were super responsive and helpful with the checking and check- out. Overall lovely place and wonderful hosts.

We stayed two months here and have lots of good things to say about it: super close to the hospital which is what we were there for. Lots of amenities and very comfortable furniture. Very fast response to a small issue we had - took care of it within hours! It was surface clean but I did do some deep cleaning when I got there because the busy traffic on the street right beside the house just passes some grime onto the floors, blinds and seldom cleaned surfaces and that’s mostly because we had a toddler with us that loves to crawl around the floors and stick fingers into everything. There is a main thoroughfare immediately beside the house so traffic noise is constant no matter the time of day or night but most people probably wouldn’t notice if they don’t live way out in the country like I do. Otherwise I highly recommend this house and the rental company that care for it. Stellar folks.

There were some issues with AC they had just upgraded but they were on top of it and very communicative to fix and get it right. We saw a lot of the hosts, had some great conversations, and they did all they could to make it up to us. The only minor issue was the curtains in all the rooms were not room darkening causing my small daughter to wake up early. But that gave us more time for fun in Grand Junction.

We loved our stay here! We were in the area to do road cycling and we could access the Colorado National Monument and the river trail easily from the condo. The space was comfortable and clean, and a great place to rest and recharge after biking!

Absolutely perfect stay. A short business trip, 4 nights. All of what you need - great wifi, very comfortable beds, good quality Keurig coffee (I usually HATE Keurig, but they had high quality pods which actually were good), entirely remodeled unit, very clean and cared for. The outside of the unit is incredibly unassuming and you walk into a very beautifully designed and cared for property. The road noise in some reviews is true (however the main road is over a block away and it's not loud), however as a light sleeper, I had no issues or wake events. Will definitely stay here again.

It was a great place for me while I was visiting my son. Nice and clean and Joy checked in with me a couple of times to make sure I had everything I needed.
