Host is very responsive to messages. Had a small leak in the bathroom upon arrival, messaged the host and within 20minutes he was round to check it out. Check in is quick and easy with lock box located to the right of the front door. These apartments are exactly as they look in the photographs. Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area!

The place is really lovely, immaculate clean lovely space inside, comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms, check in is a app , after downloading it and a few attempts we got in, could have done with a little welcome pack which weve had in other air b&bs, pint of milk and a load of bread nothing much but that would have helped , the only down side ws the noise from the nightclub next door , very loud till 3am.

What a lovely Stay I had . Only used for a break between visiting family however this even nicer than I thought! Great accommodation, spotless clean! Amazing location and wish I could have stayed longer! I did manage to walk to the monument which had the most amazing views ! Would love to return again as I am in love with the area!

We had a great stay in Awais’s apartment. View was lovely, very handy for Halifax. The interior is pristine, everything including linen looks brand new! Excellent to have a little kitchen. Perhaps could have done with wine glasses, more glasses in general. Otherwise had everything we needed. Would definitely book again if in that area

4 Generations stayed here from 77 to 2yrs. I messaged Ryan numerous times before we got there and while we were there & he responded practically straight away. Super nice guy. On checking in we were shown where extra bin bags, toilet roll etc was if we needed them which was different to normal. There's vending machines if munchies were needed or forgot something like toothpaste. The apartment was fantastic If you haven't used a Japanese toilet then you've at least got to give it a go. The hand wash, Shampoo and Body wash were all quality. Nice shower too. The kitchen had everything we needed including washing up liquid. The beds were super comfy I haven't slept so much for a long time. Even supplied little devices that has nightlights and various noises. Now the Hot Tub was great. It's all private and well covered from the weather. Lots of spare towels too. The entire feel of the place was modern and we loved it. The only downside was we only stayed 2 nights.

Joe's place was a last minute necessity for our family of 3 after an airline cancellation. The instructions given and details were very clear. The location was very easy to be found and once inside we felt at home. The building although not the hosts responsibility was noisy and had litter on the entrance stairs, some of the corridors and the courtyard had food waste. The decor of listing was beautiful in the downstairs are but the bedrooms did not match the luxury in the photos which was a real shame. The amenities that were suggested were not present including shampoo and conditioner and shower gel and the kitchen needed some TLC with regard to cutlery. This is a great space that just needs some attention to detail. Communication was excellent and we hoped for a later check out and we're told to contact the host in the morning for a response which we did but we got no response then and so had to head to the airport to await a 6.30pm flight.

The apartment is in an ideal location for the town centre, literally less than 5 minutes walk. We parked on the Auction Mart long stay car park a short walk away and easy to find plus reasonably priced for a city centre. The apartment was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable and the walk in shower was great. We spent 3 nights there and would definitely recommend staying there.

When my mobile phone was stuck on "safe mode" I had no way of communicating with the host or even viewing his email with the check-in details. It would be helpful if this info was given a day or so in advance as there was nothing I could do as I was driving when the details were sent and, as it was a Sunday evening, I did not have access to wifi (on my laptop, as my mobile was stuck) in a strange town where everything was shut. When I borrowed the phone of a passer-by (phew, kind man!) I managed to call the host and he was very helpful indeed with the check-in process. It might be wise to have the check-in info available not only immediately before one's arrival. A pleasant, clean studio flat which fitted the description exactly. Such a comfortable bed and I had an excellent night's sleep.

lovely place, a little smaller than expected and the bathroom is tiny but it was still a better stay than a similarly priced hotel. Host was very helpful and the parking was very convenient.

Excellent location that is right on the Main Street. Many pubs and restaurants right in front. Love all the quaint little shops to look at. The apartment is cosy. The master bedroom is huge & well furnished. The door of the downstairs toilet cannot close so we will ask someone to place a chair outside the door. The stairs leading to the apartment is steep so be careful whilst going up and down the stairs. Access to parking space is very tight through the archway so we parked at the Central Car Park a few minutes walk away Overall a good value for money.

Nicky and Mick welcome us the day we arrived. Due to an accident on the road we were using we had to go another way, Micks instructions help us to find it in the end. Everything was lovely but unfortunately I good food poisoning and spent our only full day in bed. I will say the bed was very comfortable and was good it wasn’t far from bathroom. If we decide to come back that way to complete what we wanted to do I will not have any hesitation to book up again. Thank you Nicky and Mick.

I had a great stay! The Airbnb was very clean and met all my standards. There was a slight issue with the key during check-in, but the host quickly resolved it and was extremely considerate throughout. The flat is fabulous - perfect location for easy access to the city centre, functional and absolutely stunning views of the area. We feel very lucky to have been able to stay here. Steve was a great host too, very helpful.

Thanks for the lovely stay! The building itself is really interesting, and the flat is decorated very nicely and with basically The location is SO central, it's really convenient. Plus being next to the cathedral is wonderful, we could just about hear the choir from the sofa, which was magical... We could also hear music from the Empress Bar in the same building until 2am every night, and the church bells every 15min! Totally not a problem for us - we brought earplugs to sleep in, and loved the bustle and the bells at other times everything you could need for a city break. If you want a quiet, peaceful stay this isn't it. But we wanted a stylish place to relax right in the city centre, so it was perfect for us. Thanks again!
