We enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to come back to a quiet and clean space each day. Everything you need to cook meals, sleep comfy, Wash and dry clothes, parking for 2 vehicles. Great access to Providence, Newport, beaches, etc.

Had a wonderful stay. The house was spotless, it had everything you could need, and the backyard was my favorite. So peaceful. Sarah was very responsive and took care of an issue quickly. I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in town.

very nice house. walking distance to the water. we watched the sun rise and set and it was beautiful! nice outdoor patio area with a brand new grill.

I would give the Cottage 6 stars if I could! The place is really magical - every detail is so meticulously selected and beautiful inside and the location is so picturesque. My only complaint was the weather during my stay: it was chilly and rainy most days and we weren’t able to spend as much time outdoors as I would have liked. Steve and Dean were the most amazing hosts. They were so helpful and quick to assist. My in laws traveled with us and they were also blown away with the Cottage and care!

We enjoyed the space. It was a great, comfy size and Kim was extremely hospitable when we arrived. LOVED seeing the cats outside :) We will definitely keep Kim's place in mind for future trips!

if you're looking for solitude for a break from some of the madness ....you can walk right out the back door and watch the boats roll by... a readily available fire pit can provide some warmth on a chilly evening or take a kayak ride thru the harbor to one of the restaurants. host is very responsive and makes good suggestions the place is a gem and squeaky clean I almost don't want to leave a 5 star review ...because I don't want anyone else to know about it....BB

Gerald’s place was perfect for us! Great location near our family, cozy and well equipped home. We slept great, and had everything we needed in the kitchen to make a dish for a potluck :) Taller guests should note that the loft room with the twin beds has a very low ceiling - the two of us who stayed up there are 5’3, so not at an issue at all for us, but if you’re much taller, you may not be as comfortable as we were. All in all, we loved this stay and will absolutely book again if we’re back in Warwick!

The location was amazing, we were able to comfortably walk to everything on our itinerary, even with the light rain. Everything was close, and we got to enjoy the amazing coffee shop across the street after checkout. The space itself is incredibly well-styled and tasteful. It is modern, cute, and cozy. While the unit itself isn't large, the roomy setup provides all you could need. Getting in and out was quick and convenient. It was easy to find the place and check in on my own. Check-out was made incredibly easy and required very minimal work on our end, with a few very standard and reasonable requests. Parking in the back was very accessible. Aref, the host, was easy to communicate with and provided all the necessary information before we even reached out. We accidentally left an item behind, and Aref has been very helpful in organizing the return of our belongings. I would happily recommend this space and Aref, and will rebook again if I return to Providence in the future.

I loved this little stay, it was very peaceful and lovely. Matthew was an excellent host and the snacks and breakfast options were a lovely addition to the amenities. Matthew is a really thoughtful and lovely host, I'd love to stay here again on my next visit to Providence/Pawtucket :)

We enjoyed our stay at Michael’s place. Great location with lots of tasty restaurants close by. The apartment was wonderful, especially the little reading nook.

The stay was great, we just needed a place for the night and Jose’s was perfect! Just enough space for the price. The parking was a little tight, tight squeeze between the buildings, but it was nice to have dedicated parking. 5 minutes from the mall (which provides free parking for the first 2 hours) and has lots of restaurants. Convenient location, and although the neighborhood seemed sketchy we had no problems besides an occasional car revving their car now and then. You have to walk 4 flights of spinning stairs to get to the room, which could make you dizzy, and the ceiling could be a little low if you’re tall watch your head. Overall we were very satisfied with the place and if needed to we would definitely look to book here again! Much better experience here than a hotel.

Our stay was fabulous! Anke was very kind, the place was beautiful and well maintained. Though it is a small room, it seemed huge because of how well the place was laid out! We enjoyed our time and would love to come back :)

Huy's home was a home away from home as our family visited for our daughters wedding. House was warm, inviting and so many details that made us so comfortable, like a fully stocked kitchen, toiletries in the bathrooms. So clean and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. Enough towels for everyone. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend . Huy was easily reachable but we really didn't need anything . It was a wonderful stay !!

We absolutely love traveling to Newport — it’s our favorite destination for a quick, last-minute getaway, and every time we visit, it feels like a breath of fresh air. This charming coastal town never disappoints, and staying at Pelham Court made our recent trip even more unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, Pelham Court felt like a dream. The location is unbeatable — nestled in the heart of downtown Newport, we were steps away from the waterfront, great restaurants, and boutique shops, yet it still felt like a quiet retreat. The building itself is picture perfect, with a timeless New England charm that instantly puts you in vacation mode. The accommodations were spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. It’s such a peaceful nestled off the main strip and perfect for my morning runs!

Great location for local coffee shops and restaurants and very walkable! Only about 15 min walk to Thames/Bowman’s Wharf. We really enjoyed the deck on a sunny morning before going out for the day. Would stay again!

This place was great! It was wonderful to stay in such a historic building. The apartment was very clean and tidy, the check-in/check-out instructions were very easy, and the host also provided suggestions for nearby restaurants. I definitely recommend this place!

Host was responsive and helpful, instructions were clear. The apartment was clean and very nice, we enjoyed eating dinner on the porch. It was easy to drive to downtown Providence and Gillette Stadium. It was easy to get to and a lot of space for parking (we all arrived mostly separately and there was space to park all 3 cars). Also, we were all very impressed by the shower and the water pressure lol. A great location and great Airbnb!! I would def recommend this spot and would come back! 😊

Alex’s place was a great stay to recharge and relax after the long days we had last week. I would highly recommended this place for anyone popping through New Bedford, or staying for a few days! The airbnb was spotless and quiet and clean. I will be renting here again when I need somewhere to stay when I’m back in New Bedford! Also very close to downtown all the coffee shops, and restaurants! Quiet neighborhood.

This was our second time staying here and we loved it both times. Stunning property in a fantastic walkable location! Very responsive hosts!

I cannot recommend Kelly’s place highly enough! Truly the perfect getaway spot. Close to everything and if you just want to relax you feel very much at home!

This was a great place. We found it cozy and comfortable. It is in an older, quaint neighborhood within shouting distance to Brown University. There are plenty of restaurants and things to see within walking distance. Providence is a cool town.
