The cozy loft locates in the center of the downtown Providence, surrounded by the historic art theaters, restaurants, bars and shopping mall. 3 min walking to the convention center, 10 minutes to east College hill (RISD, Brown), west Federal hill, north Train station and State capitol. Unique Ground floor one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in the Mt. Hope Neighborhood on the East Side. Near bus line (r), Easy to Amtrak Train station. One mile from RISD & Brown front gates, Fully furnished with a queen sized bed and dresser as well as a pull-out couch. Kitchen is fully functional and also furnished. Near many great bars, restaurants and stores. We have Chickens on the premises. They make some noise, but aren't intrusive. They sleep when its dark, there is no rooster.

Historic Downtown Arcade Condo

Historic condo in the Arcade Providence, a registered National Landmark built in 1828 as the first indoor mall in the US. This exact unit was featured on the Rachel Ray show and described as “the coolest, smallest apartment [they’ve] ever been in.” Enjoy a living area with large TV, small kitchen, full bathroom, and bedroom that sleeps two.
