The house was exactly how I imagined it. A very relaxed beautiful setting with birds chirping and right near the water. The home was gorgeous and Leigh Anne was great with communicating and all the lovely touches that she did that went above and beyond. I was unwell and she dropped off tissues and specials teas etc to help and advised me on the best way to get to a Doctor. The place was amazing and a real oasis to relax and unwind on a very busy 5 week trip. We had 3 night here and we wish we could of had more. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality.

Needed a place to stay for my son’s college graduation. We had camped at the RV park last year and enjoyed our stay and knew what to expect.

This was a comfortable and great place to stay in Rhode Island!!!

It was a very relaxing home surrounded by beautiful waterfront wildlife( a pair of swans and other birds ) and views. It was well worth the stay and I would like to stay there again and I would recommend it to family and friends in the future.

I hate to say too many great things since I kind of feel like I want to keep this a secret. This is our second time staying here. The location is awesome — spectacular views from any of the many windows in this contemporary style house. The beds are decent and there’s lots of beach stuff (chairs, towels, umbrella) plus kayaks w/life vests. Well equipped kitchen and good size dining room table. And did I mention the views?… of course I did, but it’s worth mentioning again! A great beach about a mile away. Dining choices are limited now because of the tragic fire at the Matunuck Oyster Bar a few nights before our arrival. Our host was kind enough to send us an email prior to our arrival to inform us of this sad event. We had reservations there for our first night at the house. Since we are pretty casual, the food at Captain Jack’s and Jim’s Dock is decent… but sure missed Matunuck Oyster Bar and our hearts go out to all the staff as the busy summer season was about to begin.

We had an amazing Memorial Day weekend at Heather’s place! The house was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Heather was a fantastic host, super responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. You can tell she really puts care into every detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and can’t wait to come back!

Great location on the East Side of Providence, very walkable to Brown and nearby dining options within a 10 minute walk. Easy drive to anywhere in Providence. Very clear communication + instructions for the apartment.

Elaine has a lovely apartment. Very pristine and quiet with amazing views. Our stay was extremely comfortable. Her instructions were perfect and we had no problem with whatsoever anything. If you’re ever there do not miss the morning sunrise. Outstanding. Thank you Elaine & Rich for a lovely stay. We hope to come back some day.

Sean is a fantastic host - highly responsive, reasonable, personable, and accommodating. I had the pleasure of meeting him in-person a couple times throughout our stay. Check-in was very easy with the keypad. Beds and cushy couch may take some adjusting to, but the space itself is grand, roomy and felt like our own, with just the right amenities. The heat and A/C came on quickly and effectively, as did hot water. Area is ideal, close enough to the action with enough peace on a side street, but not secluded enough to feel unsafe about personal belongings. I was most anxious about parking before arriving, but were provided assurances by Sean ahead of time, and had no issue on a Mother’s Day weekend Friday-Monday landing a street spot either right in front of the building or a block away, even on trash day. Would love to stay again on our next trip over!

Cathy was a wonderful host!! The home spacious and centrally located. She was very responsive. The parking is free and usually there was a spot right in front of the house. The neighborhood is very quite and clean. I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is very comfortable. The pictures are accurate. Beds comfortable. Plenty of very nice bath linens. I loved the types and amount of lighting in every room. Wonderful water pressure in the shower. The kitchen is very functional . I loved cooking on the beautiful big stove. We really appreciated having both a Keurig and a coffee maker. The one thing I would caution about is the stairs. They are as pictured. We had no problem with them, but people with knee issues might. I will certainly look for this property again when in the area.

My college friend and I always do a yearly reading retreat Memorial Day weekend and Lori’s place was the perfect getaway. The views were breathtaking and the house on the lake was so peaceful definitely recommend this quiet lake getaway. Still dreaming of the sunset on the lake

This apartment is a block off the 4th of July parade route in Bristol. Quiet residential street but short walk to downtown, great restaurants, and historic locations. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. This was our third rental in Bristol and by far the best. It was a pleasure from start to finish.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you are wanting to spend some time enjoying the area. lots of restaurants within walking distance, and many within a short drive. Watching the spring come to the garden has been a real treat, all the pretty flowers.

Paul was a wonderful host! He was great with communication, proactive, and accommodating. The cabin was beautiful and awesome location right on the marina. We would highly recommend to our family and friends!

We loved our quick getaway! Walked down to the neighborhood dock multiple times and visited the brewery less than 2 minutes down the road. Super peaceful - loved the outdoor/patio area and the house itself! So cozy.

This was a weekend getaway for our anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised with the quiet and peaceful surroundings. Everything is exactly like the pictures. The neighbors had a large party and we did not hear a thing inside the cabin! It rained most of the days but we were very comfortable. If you love nature, you will love this place. Bring your hiking boots and your binoculars for bird watching. There are several ponds nearby for fishing and you may consider visiting the local wineries. Hope to come back again!

Had a great time in this peaceful wonderful setting. Saw and heard maybe 40 bird species. (Using Merlin app). Frogs and turtles too!everything we needed! Beds are very comfortable!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Karin’s place. She is a gracious host. There were great cottage offers beautiful lake experiences, including beautiful sunsets. She has a great waterfront and an expansive yard. It’s located on the Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island border with easy access to 3 states.

Great little place on a beautiful lake that was perfect! We enjoyed the view of the lake and the bonfire pit. I especially enjoyed the option of a gas grill and charcoal grill!! I used both. The house was very clean and felt like home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. We would love to stay again!!!!

Gary thought of everything! This place was set up and ready to go. We loved having a little fire in the evening and sipping coffee on the dock in the mornings. Definitely has a cabin feel to it with smells of cedar. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Gary was a great host!

What a lovely home! Exactly like the pictures. Not too remote but private. Spacious, visited with my two children and added my oldest son for a night. Mike was quick to respond when I had questions. Would love to visit again!
