This home was absolutely perfect for my sister's Bachelorette weekend. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone to feel comfortable. The open floor plan of the dining/kitching/living area was perfect for us to spend time with each other. We were out of the house a lot for activities and the location was very convenient to neighborhood cofee shops, restaurants and the beach. Also a very quick ride into Newport. This home had everything we needed - ample parking, beautiful finishes, and lots of outdoor space.

Brian was a great host, he was flexible and quick to respond. The home was nice and comfortable. There was a small issue with one of the bathrooms but no big deal. I brought to his attention just for awareness and he was apologetic. We enjoyed the home. I cook alot and the kitchen had what i needed except for things to use in oven and kitchen towels but otherwise well stocked. Great stay

This was a fabulous destination! We were looking for a big place to have a special anniversary party weekend with extended family, and this house had everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms upstairs and first floor, many common gathering areas, large kitchen and dining room tables, and lots of Space. (And this doesn't even include the explorable property outside.) The dozens of photos in the listing were very helpful, as well as the detailed descriptions. We had specific needs for elderly relatives with disabilities, and owner Lynne was so responsive in her replies to my many messages with varied questions. Truly, Lynne, you deserve a gold star from Airbnb for promptness and offering up ways and help that made our stay both easier and fulfilling.

We had a wonderful stay at Peter’s house. Everything was exactly as described. The house is fully stocked with everything. My daughters were impressed by the coffee/ tea provided. We had a wonderful week. Beautiful views of second beach. The yard was perfect for our small dogs to run around. We can’t wait to stay again.

Very easy to communicate with. Checked in with us on the first day. To make sure things were going well. Made the first ocean experience and my 34th birthday worth the travel from Upstate New York.

Annie's listing is beautiful. The location is 15 minutes away from all the sites in Newport. Will definitely stay again in the future.

We had a fabulous stay at Karen’s beautiful home! It was so well located and convenient to all the things that we wanted to do. The state park and the bike path are better than we could’ve imagined! The town of Bristol is a dream and the surrounding areas are full of gems and surprises. The house was lovely and everything in it was spotless, well thought out and made us feel right at home. All the appliances worked beautifully, the beds were extremely comfortable and the showers were hot with good water pressure! We can’t fault anything, the only low point was that we had to leave! We look so forward to returning to this beautiful area and to this lovely home with a kind, considerate and very fun host! She’s my new travel buddy! Thanks Karen, everything was great and it made for a very special birthday for my best friend. I really appreciated that.😊

We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

Very nice home. If we come back to the area for work we would definitely like to be able to rent his home.

Pier Escape is perfect! And the Host, Megan is fantastic. This home is so thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated. You will have everything you need for your stay. It is located in the Pier area so you will be about a mile from the town beach and there are tons of shops and restaurants in between! Yet when you are at the home, it is so private! The backyard is wonderful for both day and night activities. Megan is truly a “super host” and provides her renters with a wonderful space to create memories. Thank you!

This is a fascinating carriage house with amazing decor and furniture that is a refreshing change from the particle board we've seen elsewhere (including our own house! ). We love getting to walk over to the Roger Williams Park so easily. The compact but complete kitchen and full sized fridge made it easy to cook for ourselves whenever we wanted. Lots of attention to detail by these hosts!

Sara's place was fantastic! Perfect for our group running a local race. Walkable to Easton's Beach and restaurants in Middletown. the place is extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. Sara was excellent: very responsive and accommodating - I would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great time staying here! The place was super cozy, especially with the fireplace going in the evenings. What really made it special though were the fields with cows and horses—it felt like a little slice of country heaven. Waking up to that view every day was amazing. The whole vibe was peaceful and just what we needed. Would totally come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Kim's place. We had 4 adults and 3 kids, plenty of space for us. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen, different beach gears, a beautiful pool although we didn't use it much due to a cool temperature. Kim was an awesome host. She provided useful local info and tried her best to make things easier for us including possible early check in and late check out. Communication was timely and clearly. Location was convenient. Easy access to New Port, beaches, and all sorts of eateries. Definitely recommend.

We stayed a week while attending two local weddings. The house is centrally located and has easy access to a lot of the local beaches, markets, etc. We discovered a farm stand market right in the area (open Wednesday and weekend during our stay) with great produce and tasty baked goods supplied by a local baker. The second floor lounge is a fantastic space in which to relax or play ping pong.

Cori was a great host. He was very responsive to questions we had and also very accommodating.

We really enjoyed our time at the Kingston Cottage. Jackie was a wonderful host. The cottage was the perfect homebase to reconnect with friends and family in Rhode Island. Its location made it easy for us to get to and from the airport, Providence, Newport, and the ocean. We loved using the complimentary beach passes Jackie left for us. And even though it rained a lot during our vacation, there were still plenty of things to do at the cottage, like games and puzzles, and indoors around Kingston that made our trip worthwhile. The cottage's space was great for kids and entertaining relatives who stopped by to say hello. Jackie went above and beyond to make sure my family had a great experience in Rhode Island. She was very accommodating when our plane was delayed and we arrived at the cottage at 2 in the morning. And when my kids left one of their favorite stuffed animals, she graciously mailed it back to us. We had such a good time at Kingston Cottage and hope to stay there again.

Grant's place is wonderfully comfortable, peaceful, and pleasant - very neat and clean with tasteful decor and furnishings. It was easy living there partly because it was so well supplied with all you might need. We particularly liked eating, socializing, and lounging on the deck. The location is great. It was a short drive to a number of lovely beaches. We definitely hope to vacation there again.

Could not have been happier with our weekend stay. The home was perfect for our two families with young children. There was plenty of space for everyone, everything was very clean and the bathrooms and kitchen were stocked with everything we needed. Lots of added touches. Mark was extremely responsive and any question or request that I made. Excellent to communicate with. We very much enjoyed using the backyard patio and his lobster pot with propane gas fuel for boiling our delicious Maine lobsters which we picked up just around the corner. Location was ideal for walking to restaurants and beautiful residential areas in the charming neighborhood. If you items need repair in the house, and general could use a little updating with linens, mattresses, and lighting. But for host, responsiveness, ideal, location, and backyard dining, you couldn’t ask for anything better.

If you are looking to stay in the Massachusetts area I 100% recommended this Airbnb. It’s such a cute and quiet little neighborhood and the Airbnb itself was wonderful. Everything was very clean, and I felt right at home. Also super close by to convenience stores, grocery stores and restaurants which is another plus! Ryan was a fabulous host, very responsive and so kind. Whenever I come back to Massachusetts I will definetly rent again!
