You will have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay at my house and the best part is you are surrounded by great restaurants and bakeries!

We have a newly furnished apartment on the East side of Providence. This unit features brand new furniture, high end Nectar mattresses, laundry, and expansive roof deck. It can comfortably sleep 4 and room for up to 6. The location is central and minutes from downtown Providence, Brown, RISD, Miriam, and a few blocks away from beautiful Lippit park. There are numerous cozy shops up the street - coffee shops/bakeries, restaurants/bars, and unique local vendors such as Frog & Toad.

East Side Apartment 3BR + Sofabed

Walking distance to RISD & Brown. Newly-renovated first floor apartment in lovely Fox Point section of the East Side of Providence RI. Close to Waterfire, Newport ferry and a fantastic array of restaurants, coffee shops and shops. It is minutes away from Highway 95 and 195 Excellent choice for a few nights or a longer term rental. The Carriage House: Guest House Near Brown/RISD

Located on Olney Street, The Carriage House is a 3-story guest house located in the historic College Hill neighborhood on the East Side of Providence. Short walking distance to Brown University, RISD, Moses Brown School, and tons of cute shops and restaurants. Features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 4 beds (3 queens, 1 twin) which can sleep up to 7 guests. In-unit washer/dryer, 70" TV, and fast wifi throughout the house!

This is a second floor apt. There are 2 bedrooms with a private entrance/exit for each. The rooms are not huge but the apt. is cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is spacious with coffee maker, frig, stove, microwave, air fryer. Bathroom is unique, it has a shower and separate bath tub. Also, this apt is for 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults. Wifi included. Parking, garden, pets allowed. Extra fee for pets.
