This house is a gem! The inside is exactly as pictured and is very comfortable. The views from the deck are stunning, especially during sunrise. Pam has equipped the house with all the essentials and we were even pleasantly surprised with welcome treats at check in. Highly recommend this home for families. Some activities we enjoyed were kayaking across the pond to the beach (not easy- but highlight of the trip!), crabbing and fishing off the dock, wine on the deck, walking less than a mile to ice cream and coffee shops and biking around the quiet neighborhood. I really can’t recommend this home and host more! Fabulous stay.

Beautiful, well decorated and SO clean. The location is ideal- only a few minutes to all the attractions in Newport. The heated pool was amazing since the weather was only in the 70s when we visited. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place! Very spacious and clean. Matthew was also very accommodating and provided us with very helpful instructions about how to get in, where things are, and wifi log-in info. The backyard and frontyard were also great for our dog to explore around. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back another time.

This place was perfect for what I needed. It was cozy, comfortable, clean, simply and beautifully decorated, and well equipped. It was also a wonderful setting with great views in all directions. While the houses are quite close together, it is a quiet neighborhood and it helped that it wasn't high season. Lots to explore nearby and just as tempting to sit on the deck or lie in the hammock watching the world go by. This was more than I had initially planned to spend, and I'm so glad I went ahead with it anyway - very grateful for this spot!

Sarah was an extremely gracious host. She went above and beyond in making sure our stay with our 9 month old baby was comfortable. She even had beach chairs and an umbrella delivered to the house before our arrival. The neighborhood was peaceful, the place was squeaky clean and check in and out was a breeze. Staying at Daniela’s place was great! Super easy to find and get into the peaceful house on the pond. Even though it was pet friendly, the house was spotless and had no wear or tear from previous visitors. It was great that they had child gates at stairs too! The dog loved going out in the canoe and swimming in the pond! Great place overall!

This lake house is the perfect option for anyone looking to stay in Coventry and would like the home-like feel over a hotel. The view is so peaceful. The cottage offers just the right balance and we look forward to staying again when we are in the area visiting family. Also, the hosts were super responsive and helpful.

We had a great stay at this listing! It was extremely walkable and quiet! All the instructions were easy to follow, and everything was so clean! I would say this is a great place to stay if you're looking for a nice spot, but also plan on being on the move!

We had a really sweet weekend stay here. The location was super convenient — close to Newport, scenic drives, and great food options. The space was clean, cozy, and felt private while still being part of a friendly neighborhood. The bed was comfy, the AC worked great, and check-in was smooth. It had everything we needed for a relaxing trip.

We loved the location overlooking the bay. Very beautiful mornings. Only a short car ride from Newport. Elaine was very helpful and offered early check in and late check out proactively - very nice of her.

We had such a great stay at Alice and Jesse's place. They truly thought of it all, all the amenities and super clean! It's peaceful, quiet, and sunny. Loved having an outdoor deck. This place is beautiful online and even nicer in person. It's also a short car ride to the main Newport area and a 2 minute drive to the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you again!

Literally a 10 out of 10. So gorgeous - somehow even more so than in the pictures - with incredible attention to every detail. Just loved the place!! Neighborhood also incredible with so much within blocks on Broadway and Atwells streets, and an easy walk to RISD and downtown. Parking spot really helpful as well. Would be a dream to return again.

We Love Norm's place! Such a great location, and the apartment has all that you need. If you like to bike to the beach, this is a great place to be, with three nice beaches all within five miles. The interior is cool and comfortable, and the patio with a partial ocean view is quiet and peaceful and is a great place to lounge and watch the birds. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet. Norm was helpful and accommodating, and the coffee and breakfast items were really appreciated. No shopping needed and just start the day! We really enjoyed the outdoor shower as well. We hope to return every year.

Well kept little space. Clean and well decorated. It has charm as was exactly as described. Decently accessible to downtown by car or even by foot. Would recommend this place for anyone visiting.

LOVED THIS PLACE! We've stayed at many ABBs and this was easily one of our favorite spots. Newport is a must-visit town and this location was fabulous. the entire apartment was so charming, great decor and a wonderful space. the private balcony is a bonus. Restaurants nearby were delish. the host was super responsive and easy to work with. can't recommend this place enough. we'll be back!

Host was responsive and helpful, instructions were clear. The apartment was clean and very nice, we enjoyed eating dinner on the porch. It was easy to drive to downtown Providence and Gillette Stadium. It was easy to get to and a lot of space for parking (we all arrived mostly separately and there was space to park all 3 cars). Also, we were all very impressed by the shower and the water pressure lol. A great location and great Airbnb!! I would def recommend this spot and would come back! 😊

Staying at the historic Arcade while attending an urbanist conference was an absolute treat! If you like a blend of history with contemporary adaptive reuse, I absolutely recommend this apt.

I was in town with a friend for two nights. Matthew was responsive and helpful from the start. His place was really nice, clean and spacious. Lovely kitchen come living space, stocked up with coffee! Had a great time and would definitely look to book again next time I’m in town.

I could have lived here in a dream world! What a perfect place full of charm, character, and all of the modern amenities. The kitchen and bath were pristine. The floors, the doors, the windows, the creaks, the history- perfection. Waleed was a great host and even accommodated a last minute early checkin request! Would stay here again and HIGHLY recommend!

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.

This is a ground level apartment in an historic home just off Benefit Street, a prime location on Providence’s College Hill. Because of the sloped terrain, it might seem like a basement apartment from one side, but it has a garden entrance at the front door. If you can handle the steep streets in this hilly area, it’s a perfect location if you want to be within walking distance of Brown University, the Rhode Island School of Design, and Downtown Providence. I did not rent a car while staying here and never felt I needed one. Tall travelers should be aware that this dwelling has low ceilings by modern standards. That didn’t bother me in the slightest; in fact, it made the apartment feel more cozy. Nevertheless, visitors over six feet tall should be aware of this aspect and make an informed decision. The apartment has a warm, comforting esthetic with all sorts of art on the walls and books on the shelf, and both made a great background for video conferences using the robust wifi signal.
