Mansion vacation rentals in Rhode Island

This place was perfect for a group, as there are two living rooms to hangout in as well as a lovely yard with a grill. Close proximity to all Newport has to offer was also a plus!

Lynne's place is excellent. The house is vintage and not perfect, but it was exactly what we were looking for. There are lots of comfortable sleeping locations, several areas for people to spread out, multiple common areas for talking, 2 outside patio areas, and a fire pit with wood by the lake. The furniture is clean and comfortable throughout the house. Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, pans, accessories, etc. The outside grounds are beautiful and well kept. There are many natural borders to keep pets easily contained (no fence). Groceries and restaurants are about 10 minutes away, but when you are at Lynne's place, it is a very quiet area.

Great stay! Super clean, spacious - about a 20min drive into Newport, so was a convenient location.

This house is worth every penny. The location, the amenities, the extra touch that Rick provides, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, snacks, coffee, everything you could possibly need. And Rick checked in with us just the right amount of times to see if we needed anything. The timer for the Netflix, etc logout was a new feature I've never seen in houses we have rented. Definitely a 5 Star experience. Loved the keypad to open the door and he made ever part of our experience fantastic. Would rent again from Rick ! Thanks, John & Lisa

The place was great for us. We came as a family of 5 with our 3 boys' girlfriends. We all had such a nice time. The rooms were perfect. The backyard was a treat. Loved the firepit and the grill. We had such great family time. Thanks!

We absolutely loved this home! There were 9 adults who stayed in the home for three nights and there was plenty of space for all of us! We spent most of our time out and about however the evenings we spent in the living room playing games and listening to music. There was ample space for us all to hang out and relax! The hind itself is adorable, clean, and well maintained. We would absolutely stay in this home again in the future!

It was a perfect place to house my spillover guests in Middletown. The place is accessible to beaches and easy Uber ride to downtown. Very clean and comfortable!

Had an AMAZING stay at Joe's to celebrate our daughter's college graduation. Graduation plus a vacation all in one! The house was spotlessly clean and roomy enough for 8 adults to eat at the dining table. We especially LOVED the beautiful backyard which was a great backdrop for family photos had something for all the generations in our group to enjoy - from birdwatching to fire pit and frisbee. As a bonus the location couldn't be better with a quick walk to tons of food, shopping, and some after dinner ice cream. To top it all off, Joe was wonderfully communicative and flexible with making our stay the best. The whole family agreed that we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a Girls' Weekend. My daughters, daughter-in-law and granddaughters. We had a fantastic time. The place was perfect. Very comfortable. An excellent location. We would go back in a heart beat.

Bryan’s home was a fantastic location for a trip with 7 other people for our stay. We all had plenty of space in the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and the home in general. We arrived about an hour before check-in and Bryan allowed us to enter the home early. There was a cleaning woman just finishing up who left the house very clean and neat. The location of the home is quiet & very convenient. Just down the street from stores, food, liquor store and about 10 mins from Bowens Wharf, where we spent most of our time during our stay. Overall a very enjoyable experience for a groups of friends who haven’t taken a trip in over 5 years. Glad that Bryan’s house was a part of making great memories in Newport. Thanks Bryan!

Our stay exceeded all expectations, offering an abundance of activities from darts and basketball to evening bonfires and volleyball. Beautiful, well decorated and SO clean. The location is ideal- only a few minutes to all the attractions in Newport. The heated pool was amazing since the weather was only in the 70s when we visited. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This home is better than the pictures!!! The backyard was stunning and perfectly maintained. The inside was spacious and clean. Tricia was quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and would 100% return + recommend to anyone!

I came here for my bachelorette and we all loved it here! It was so cute and the yard is beautiful. Megan was beyond lovely! let us check in early and leave later if we wanted. I would definitely come back here in the future. also only a 10 minute walk down to go look at the ocean! highly recommend :)

A great place to stay! If you’re looking to spend a lot of time in Newport I would suggest something a little closer, as Ubers were very expensive. But it was a beautiful home with a wonderful pool and hot tub!

This place was beautiful! The kitchen was spacious and accommodated our larger group nicely. Hosts left clear instructions and proactively checked in. They were even nice enough to open their pool a little earlier so we could enjoy it. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning a girls’ weekend. Bedrooms were comfy, and everyone in my group had a lovely time. Thank you!

Our stay was amazing! Adrienne was great she responded fast whenever we messaged her. We had a wind storm and she came right out to replace an umbrella that broke. She told us about some local events during our stay. The home was beautiful and just what we were looking for. Everything was clean and easy to find, she even had it all labeled. Everything about this place was just amazing. We will be staying again. Our family all loved it.
