Three bedroom house right on Johnson’s Pond with private water access right in the back yard. House features queen master with deck overlooking the pond. 2nd bedroom features a full bed with twin bunk bed above along with a stand alone twin bed. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. Perfect for one or two couples to share. Full kitchen and laundry along with WiFi and streaming services. Use of 2 kayaks and pedal boat. Joe was extremely helpful and flexible both at check-in and checkout. The house is very clean and comfortable , we were 4 and our small dog. It is situated on a very quiet street.The backyard is great , it leads to a river that you can paddle (in season, we were there for thanksgiving). The house is an easy 25 minutes from Newport , you will need a car to do things in the area. The driveway easily accommodates 2 cars. We will probably come back, but in the warmer months!

This is truly a very special place! We had a fantastic time staying at this beautiful property. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was ideal for what we were looking for- water view/access, secluded, and easy access to local towns like Watch Hill, Charlestown, Westerly, and Newport The location made exploring a breeze. The host Marie was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful tips about the area. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the Rhode Island/eastern Connecticut shore area. We look forward to staying here again on my next visit!

The house is very nice - wonderful view with the ocean right out from the windows, clean, good quality furnitures and accessories, simple but elegant decorations, peaceful neighborhood - things are worth what you are paying for. Lavonne was very responsive, provided clear instructions & local guides. The location is one house from the water btw, but the the higher rise it does not bother me. Really enjoyed the stay, and I'd book again if I ever come back to the area!

Matt’s airbnb is truly a little slice of heaven for any water & nature lover! Prepare to feel right at home with a well-stocked kitchen, cozy furniture, outdoor fire pit, water toys and breathtaking bay views. I had daily visits from the local water foul, saw shooting stars at night and had an incredible opportunity to recharge… so much so that I extended my stay! Perfect stay! The location was private, beautiful and safe and also close by to Oceanside restaurants. The house was perfect for my husband, toddler and infant with lots of room to run around outside. Waking up every morning to coffee with a sunrise over the pond and the fireplace on was heaven. Thank you for the magic memories!
