Everything was exactly like the description. Very clean and great home. Communications with Lavonne was fantastic. The location was perfect.

This is the third year we’ve come to Wendy’s place to celebrate my sister’s birthday weekend and it was fabulous, as always! Wendy made everything perfect for us and the beach and restaurants were amazing. Can’t wait for next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jackie and Rob’s place! We loved sitting on the porch enjoying the waterfront view. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We took several walks in nearby Rocky Point Park. The home is beautiful with everything we needed for our stay. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Both humans and canine loved this place. The rooms were a good size. Both the bathroom and the kitchen had adequate supplies and equipment and were well maintained. I especially appreciated the couch protectors so we could be comfortable about letting dog rest on the couch. Tom contacted us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. His wife came over shortly after we arrived to help us figure out how to work the TV. Oakland Beach is at the end of the road and the streets in the neighborhood are very walk-able. This place was perfect for us.

Great location, everything was as advertised in the pictures. Definitely would recommend.

Nellie’s place was amazing! Full of charm, but every modern amenity. The beds were VERY comfortable. Lots of really nice and thoughtful touches- like sleeping masks for the room with 2 sky lights, a welcome gift of wine and oat milk and butter in the fridge. She even left toys out for the 9 month old in our party— a lifesaver!!! R Nellie was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

It was a very relaxing home surrounded by beautiful waterfront wildlife( a pair of swans and other birds ) and views. It was well worth the stay and I would like to stay there again and I would recommend it to family and friends in the future.

I hate to say too many great things since I kind of feel like I want to keep this a secret. This is our second time staying here. The location is awesome — spectacular views from any of the many windows in this contemporary style house. The beds are decent and there’s lots of beach stuff (chairs, towels, umbrella) plus kayaks w/life vests. Well equipped kitchen and good size dining room table. And did I mention the views?… of course I did, but it’s worth mentioning again! A great beach about a mile away. Dining choices are limited now because of the tragic fire at the Matunuck Oyster Bar a few nights before our arrival. Our host was kind enough to send us an email prior to our arrival to inform us of this sad event. We had reservations there for our first night at the house. Since we are pretty casual, the food at Captain Jack’s and Jim’s Dock is decent… but sure missed Matunuck Oyster Bar and our hearts go out to all the staff as the busy summer season was about to begin.

Elaine has a lovely apartment. Very pristine and quiet with amazing views. Our stay was extremely comfortable. Her instructions were perfect and we had no problem with whatsoever anything. If you’re ever there do not miss the morning sunrise. Outstanding. Thank you Elaine & Rich for a lovely stay. We hope to come back some day.

We went to stay at Cathleen's for my very first big ticket concert. We were met by her mom Judy who was very kind and helpful. The place was very homely , very clean, had a beautiful garden and the property is stunning! We had a great stay, would go back! And highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Newport at this beautiful Victorian. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. The owner did an amazing job making it feel comfortable and welcoming. We really appreciated the breakfast options too which was a nice touch. It’s in a perfect location only about a 10 minute walk from the Viking Hotel and close to everything we wanted to check out. I’d definitely stay here again.

Sean’s place was perfect for our weekend visit. Admittedly we didn’t use the kitchen much but it was nice having a fridge and a place to fulfill our caffeine needs in the morning. The beds were fine - a full size bed is a little tight for 2 adults our size but our daughter found their bed worked well. Loved the location and the neighborhood. Had an excellent slice of pizza a few blocks away!

Great place to stay while I attended my Art Retreat. Marianne welcomed me on my first day and even left some food in the kitchen for us.

Susan's place is a nice, quiet, cosy little attic apartment. It is exactly as depicted in the photos and described in the comments (and in all the other reviews). The location is a quiet, residential street. The bed is comfortable. The shower works well. If you are as tall as I am (6'2''), you'll find yourself crouching in some parts, such as by toilet and getting in and out of the shower, but I was able to stand upright for most of the apartment. The location is convenient enough. It is possible to walk to/from the train station (about 20 mins) and to Downtown Providence (about 30 mins). I had only a backpack with me and was therefore able to use a Spin scooter to quickly get to/from the city. Overall, the place matched what I was looking for my short, two-day stay in Providence. Thank you, Susan!

Martha was probably THE best communicator I have ever had on AirBnb and incredible thoughtful and fair. Although the description absolutely states 3rd floor, from the time I made the reservation to the time I arrived, my Moms had suffered a fall and although did not break anything her confidence in climbing the stairs was not there. So I would say this is a perfect spot except those that have trouble with stairs or a lot of luggage. Martha very graciously accommodated the last minute change. Very much appreciated. I highly recommend staying otherwise. Clean, well stocked, organized. Recommend bringing a night light for bathroom.

Pelham Court was a great stay. Great communication for checking in and checking out as well as during our stay. Very clean! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. It was great to be able to walk to all the restaurants and the shops. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay at Trip and Christina’s place was excellent. It is perfectly decorated and we loved the peacefulness of deck for early morning coffee as well as enjoying our meals alfresco. Perfect location close to bus station for tours of Newport and transportation to the mansions. We unexpectedly arrived super and Christina was a gracious host and invited us in while she completed preparing the place for our stay. Very responsive and accommodating hosts.

Host was responsive and helpful, instructions were clear. The apartment was clean and very nice, we enjoyed eating dinner on the porch. It was easy to drive to downtown Providence and Gillette Stadium. It was easy to get to and a lot of space for parking (we all arrived mostly separately and there was space to park all 3 cars). Also, we were all very impressed by the shower and the water pressure lol. A great location and great Airbnb!! I would def recommend this spot and would come back! 😊

This is the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. From the location (incredible and walking distance to everything in downtown Newport) to the decor, cleanliness, & amenities, this airbnb was perfect for a girls weekend in Newport, RI. I only wish my stay was longer but I would book again in a heartbeat! Every single girl on the trip could not get over how perfect the airbnb was and how on earth I’d found it. Bragging rights forever, thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

I cannot recommend Kelly’s place highly enough! Truly the perfect getaway spot. Close to everything and if you just want to relax you feel very much at home!

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.

This was a great place. We found it cozy and comfortable. It is in an older, quaint neighborhood within shouting distance to Brown University. There are plenty of restaurants and things to see within walking distance. Providence is a cool town.
