Vacation rentals with a patio in Breckland District

Excellent property. We were a family group of 9, 6 adults and 3 children, aged 12,7,and 1. Accomodation was well suited for this group. Baby gate at the top of the stairs along with travel cot and baby toys. Bedrooms spacious and beds comfortable. Kitchen small, but fine for cooking breakfast, although grilling bacon in the oven under a smoke detector can be noisy at times. Pub downstairs is lovely and although we didn't eat there, the food looked excellent. Situated in a quiet village just outside Bury St.Edmunds, this place would be ideal for exploring the area. Michelle’s home is the best, most beautiful and comfortable Airbnb I’ve been in so far, I wish I had more time to stay there, I didn’t want to leave. The place is absolutely spotless, you feel at home instantly. I highly recommend this home! Worth every penny, perfect for if you’re wanting a place to just escape from life and relax, I would definitely stay at Michelle’s again, thank you for such a wonderful stay

We were greeted by the lovely Teresa who was super helpful and friendly! The stay was just what we needed close to the Suffolk Show grounds as we were attending the following day! She had great details about the show which really helped us! The accommodation was great, it was super clean and just like the photos! Had a lovely nights sleep to set us up for the following day! Great bunker with some history attached to it. Very convenient location as well.

We had a lovely stay at Stephen apartment it was very cosy and had lots of pots and pan in the kitchen for cooking and also salt and pepper the apartment warm warm and cosy and they even had Christmas decorations up so it felt like home would definitely book again if I was In the area

The Mews at Snailwell is a beautiful property, in a nice quiet location. From the point of booking, Peter (the host) was on it through communication, with all queries answered at lightning speed. The photos really do not do the place justice……it is amazing. So spacious and well equipped. In fact there was nothing we felt was missing, a real home from home. If you are taking pets (we took our grandson), the front and rear gardens are super secure. The orientations offer both sun and shade. The George & Dragon pub opposite was a real bonus. The food was amazing and so were the team who ran it. Again there is a secure enclosed garden for well-behaved children and dogs. We highly recommend this property.

It really is as described - a beautiful country retreat. We really enjoyed sitting in the armchairs with the doors open upstairs looking out at the garden and the view beyond. Very peaceful and away from it all! We were out and about a lot during the week but enjoyed the time we spent in the Lodge. Vanessa was a very friendly host who responded quickly and often provided answers before we asked. Great to have an elector car charger available for our sole use too.

Beautiful and peaceful space, perfect for a small group of friends. Clean rooms, comfy beds! Particularly love the garden and outdoor covered area. Would 100% recommend! Lisa was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

We stayed in the annex for two nights while in the area - it was just what we needed after a busy couple of days. Easy private driveway parking, peaceful location, cosy and accomodation including large comfy sofa to relax on in the evenings. The annex was actually bigger than we realised from the photos. Gwyn was responsive, friendly and helpful both before and during our stay and gave us some good recommendations for places to visit. Would definitely stay here again when in Suffolk!

Lovely stay and great location for Snetterton. Pub a few mins walk away was nice and the locals were friendly. Anne’s house was clean and comfortable for our stay and makes a great base with a fully kitted kitchen to make a nice breakfast or dinner.

Our second visit, and the barn and surroundings were beautiful in spring! Particularly enjoyed watching the sunset over the meadow at the back with a drink. Thanks Hannah for a great stay

We had such a lovely stay. The flat is very clean, nicely decorated and the outdoor area is beautiful. The sauna was fab and we loved taking a dip in the water. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed 3 nights at the tutor apartment. This property has beautiful old windows and high ceilings. The apartment is much more spacious than expected from the pictures and nicely presented. It has a lovely breakfast table near the windows in the kitchen and a court yard off the bedroom with seating. We had everything we needed, the washer was helpful and the large bath, with a boy covered in sand. The beach was about 10 to 15 minutes away depending on which route you took. We enjoyed lovely meals and drinks near the apartment. There is a park across the road with sea views and a lovely cafe. The beds were comfy and the seating in the lounge area. You could hear the birds singing with the door open. We travelled on the train to explore other areas. The apartment has everything you need and the hosts were just right and helpful were needed. Really pleased with our stay with Eleanor. Homely flat, clean with plenty of amenities & an excellent location close to the heart of Cambridge town centre. Host was extremely responsive & no issues at all with check-in/out. Would recommend!

A proper gem! A minutes walk and you are at the market square but situated on a surprisingly quiet street that few people pass by. Perfect for us. Really tidy well equipped flat. We even caught some calm live music in the bar just along the street. Jemma was a very responsive and available host. Thank you

A very nice stay! Felicity is a great host who is very kind and responsive! The location is very convenient, which is just about 15 mind to the city centre. This time I came here to attend my PhD graduation ceremony, I don't know when I will be here next time but I know I will choose This place once again!

Would definitely stay here again. Can highly recommend the Annexe at no.9. Well laid out interior with great facilities and equipped to a high standard. Really appreciated the full bowl of coffee pods and food and drink staples on arrival. The private garden is secluded, quiet and well kept, ideal to relax in. Very well situated for Cambridge City centre and amenities, all within easy reach either by car or bus. A definite 10/10 for us.

We had an excellent stay in a wonderful little city. Situated by the Great River Ouse, added to a perfect break. Ann has thought of everything inside the accommodation to make a care free, comfortable and enjoyable holiday. We highly recommend the property and beautiful location.
