Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Blue River

Tracey's apartment was the perfect base camp for a ski with my partner. It's in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood but still convenient to all the resorts in the area. Furnishings were recent and well-maintained, and having access to a laundry machine was very helpful. Blackout curtains in the bedroom made for great sleep!

Pablo’s place has everything! We did some gourmet cooking with the breville sous vide and enjoyed unlimited espresso and cappuccino! Great location. Pablo was very responsive.

We left yesterday after a full week there and had a great time. Jack and Jerrod couldn't have been more helpful. The home is spacious and we loved having 5 rooms with king size beds and 1 room with 2 bunk beds where my older grandkids stayed and they loved it because they had their privacy too. All the bathrooms had plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, so we didn't even have to bring any of it. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, spices and cleaning supplies and paper towels that lasted us the whole week! Every day we'd take our smaller grandkids for a walk and they loved it. The hot tub was a great thing to have after coming home from skiing and even the smaller kids loved it. It's not too far from the ski slopes, and we also went tubing and sledding which everyone enjoyed and it wasn't too far either. If we ever decide to go skiing to Breckenridge again, we will definitely try to stay there. Thanks Jack & Jerrod!

We had a great stay with 4 couples and 4 kiddos! Plenty of space with 4 master bedrooms with bathrooms in each room and kids separate bunk bed gaming area! Easy to all eat together, play games, parking etc…

Janet’s place was exactly what our family needed. With bus access from the driveway, getting to town, rec center or skiing was a breeze. It felt like home away from home, having everything we would need for our week. 10/10 will stay again every time we come to breck! Thanks Janet and Dave!

Great place for a ski vacation. Close to Breck and short drive to tons of restaurants. Place is cozy and amazing views from the living room window.

Had a wonder stay at Conner’s place! The home was charming and had everything we needed for our getaway. We were close to most things, but opted to still drive to the lifts and to downtown breckenridge. I bet you could walk but it would take some time. Extremely grateful this place allows pets because our pups enjoyed it! There wasn’t much green / trails to take our dogs on a good walk, but still had fun (and that wasn’t expected). Overall would stay here again and recommend it!

Richard’s place was great! Easy to get out on the slopes and very close to Main Street of Breck. We loved the old maps of Breckenridge on the walls!

Amazing spot for my fiancé and i with our two dogs. Right next to the shuttle that took us straight to the gondola but when we wanted to walk it only took 15 mins to get into town. Super cozy as well. We will definitely be back! :)

This is the second time I stayed at Jaime's place. They are a great host, super friendly and love dogs. The space is clean and very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood but an easy walk to town. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a very nice stay at Ira’s place while beating ourselves up skiing every day! No surprises at his apartment since it was well documented and photographed in the listing. Hot tub was very nice after a ski day and the big hot tub towels appreciated. Easy walk to Main St for dinner options. All in all quite comfortable for the two of us. We recommend Ira’s place!

This was such a cute and cozy home! It was the perfect size for 4 people. The location was incredible, so close to the Main Street and the home was in a quiet neighborhood. I would absolutely stay there again, it was the perfect spot to bring my friends who were visiting from out of state

our group of four adults enjoyed our stay at Allison's for a snowy weekend. great location, easily walkable to restaurants and bus. well stocked kitchen, comfortable, nicely decorated. slight cons - there wasn't a place to easily store our skis, so we kept them in the car.

The location of this unit was perfect for walking into town, and just a short walk to the snowflake lift. You can ski-in across the street from the building from 4 o’clock run. The unit itself was well appointed. It’s a little run down, as are many places in ski towns, but the price matched the quality of the unit. I’d recommend this unit.

This location was ideal being in town and close to many ski resorts! The condo was cozy, clean, well stocked and the host was very responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Brian and his beautiful condo were both great. We have stayed in this condo before and were glad to be able to come back. Location is excellent, condo decor is beautiful, and equipment [humidifiers, fans, blankets, clothing hooks, etc] was just what we needed. Brian was very responsive to our questions with effective answers and actions as needed. This is a great place for 6 people. All three generations enjoyed our stay!! The place was wonderful and had an amazing view of the lake with close proximity to our favorite ski resorts! Check-in was very easy and the place was beautiful. Would absolutely stay again next time we visit!

Location and the little things! Great location to access several ski resorts, hiking, anything outdoors in the mountains. Shopping for anything is less than 2 miles away from condo. The little things; 1. Custom door combo just for us. Easy to remember. 2. Endless hot water for showers. 3. The best cotton sheets on all the beds. 4. Beefy, heavy duty towels 5. Lotion and Kleenex 6. A lot of cooking staples available We will stay again and recommend!

We loved our stay at Mary and Alan's condo. The property was so beautiful and had lovely pathways and trees. The community pool and hot tub was so pristine and so close we enjoyed a hot soak after skiing. The condo was so bright and spacious we loved the space. Had many lovely nights in the large living room with the fire. We would love to come back and stay here hopefully next year!! Thanks again Mary and Alan!
