It is located on a rare 1.5 acre lot, just minutes from the heart of Breckenridge and is even on the free commuter bus route with a stop across the street. This is an authentic cabin that was one of the first built in the area and has been lovingly restored with attention to detail and a cozy ambiance. 1 pet is allowed w/ $20 nightly fee. Like wildlife? Moose, fox and waterfowl occasionally frequent the yard. The beautiful Blue River is 50 yards from the house. Catch Brook Trout in the several nearby beaver ponds.
