Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Berchtesgadener Land

Perfect place to stay in for a Kitzbühel ski trip! We loved the chalet, hot tub, sauna, and proximity to the slopes (7 min drive). 10/10 recommend. Thank you for the wonderful stay Magdalena! 😊

Ein wirklich sehr tolles Haus. Leider waren wir nur ein Wochenende, wären gerne länger geblieben. Ich werde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

Diese Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Alles war super sauber, stilvoll, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet mit hochwertigen Holzmöbeln und einem ganz besonderen Wohlfühlfaktor. Die Räume sind lichtdurchflutet und geräumig, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt, ideal auch für längere Aufenthalte oder wenn man gerne selbst kocht. Thomas und Birgit waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, jederzeit ansprechbar und mit tollen Tipps zur Umgebung. Die Lage ist top, sehr zentral, und die Aussicht einfach wunderschön. Hier bleiben wirklich keine Wünsche offen – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Great house, really well furnished and laid out. Lots of space for a big family and an exceptional sauna area. Great location, just a few minutes drive from the lifts. The only negative is that the house is on a fairly main road, although it’s well sound protected and quiet at night. The house can also be a little dark upstairs due to houses close on either side. All said though, a really great house near Kitzbühel.

It’s a great place to stay. We enjoyed the view, the silence and the atmosphere. The jacuzzi is a plus!

A beautiful place to stay just 30 minutes outside of Salzburg. Everything was as pictured and Konstantin was very responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay. The views were incredible and the house had so much charm and character. During the winter the house heats up quickly so bring layers!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Villa Sonneheim. Ruim huis met alle gemakken, fijne bedden en veel badkamers. Prachtig uitzicht op de bergen vanuit een mooie tuin. We komen graag nog eens! Enig minpuntje is de kerkklok in de ochtend, iets waar de huiseigenaren niets aan kunnen doen.

Absolutely beautiful location- amazing patio to sit and watch the sailboats! Very clean and modern space, plenty of staples in the kitchen- spices, utensils, etc.

Die Unterkunft war super. Wenn man die richtige Einfahrt einmal gefunden super easy zu fahren. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen und einen zweitbesuch wert. Der Gastgeber war auch sehr freundlich und bei fragen immer zu erreichen.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne, moderne und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft vorgefunden, sie entsprach komplett der Beschreibung. Alle haben sich in dem schönen Haus wohlgefühlt und es wird auch mit vielen Personen nicht eng. Bäder und Toiletten waren sehr sauber und vor allem in ausreichender Menge vorhanden, sehr zu empfehlen

We had an amazing stay. Andrea is super nice and very responsive, the house is beautiful and just like on the pictures including a sauna and a hot pot. We will come back for sure.
