Private property on a quiet street. One mile to great beaches. Lower floor of split level ranch (not a basement). Spacious rooms. Completely separate unit/apartment with separate entrance and locked doors. Private lighted entry and designated parking spaces. A/C in all rooms. Brand New fully equipped Kitchenette with sink, Keurig, Microwave, large toaster oven, etc. Pullout couch in living room works great, but not luxurious. Nice extra sleeping space for kids or adults.
