Vacation rentals with a patio in Washington County

Very clean and renovated place. Location right off Route 1. Easy in and out getting to beaches in Narragansett. Very nice outdoor furniture. Sharp knife set and nice cutting board! Quality products used for linens and comforter/ apt furnishings. Bed was comfy. Air conditioning was nice, worked well. All the kitchen essentials were there, bowls and pans, cooking utensils, etc.

Had an excellent stay here. Host was responsive. Unit had a full kitchen, washer and dryer, the works. Host was also responsive to questions and what not. It was also a plus that there was so much space to spread out for a couple nights and they didn’t price gouge like most of the other alternatives in the area. If there was one note to make that isn’t in their control, it’s that the street outside is super busy. Must just be something about the location but the traffic was non stop. But that didn’t affect our sleep or anything. Would absolutely stay again if in the area.

We know this property having stayed there over many years. The new owners have done a wonderful job renovating and restoring it decorating the apartment to a very high standard whilst retaining the period features. The kitchen and bathroom have been fitted out to a very high standard with high quality fittings and appliances. The furniture in the sitting rooms is modern and comfortable. The bedroom is a generous size with the bathroom en-suite. There are AC units throughout. We had our own area of the lawned yard with BBQ, chairs, table and Adirondacks all overlooking the tidal salt pond. We utilised this area a lot during our stay. The owners who live on site were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly recommend this property which is only a few minutes walk from the centre of the beautiful village of Wickford yet very quiet and peaceful.

Extremely clean, close proximity to downtown. Definitely would stay here again.

Karissa and Ed(x2) put up with a lot of my crap while I was in a very bad place in my life. I feel bad for not being functional basically at all during this period but I think they understood and went out of their way to see my side. The place is wonderful and great value of space for the money (monthly discount). Full gas stovetop, large fridge and a Keurig, I will say again it is a wonderful place. The backyard is great too, and you have access to the garage+ parking which is great as well. This was the darkest period in my life but they went out of their way to understand. And im grateful for that, and apologize for the way I behaved in this time.

Hosts are responsive and friendly. Really easy/cozy space to facilitate a weekend in the Narragansett area.

This place was exactly what we were looking for on our vacation to Rhode Island and Connecticut! Really nice house to stay in and convenient to a lot of places to explore.

We had such a wonderful stay in Narragansett! Amanda and Eric were responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Their place was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, with attention to every little detail that made the space feel cozy and relaxing. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. It was the perfect spot for a girls’ getaway — close to the beach, great restaurants, and peaceful surroundings to unwind and catch up. We truly appreciated how well cared for the home felt. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a charming and convenient stay in Narragansett!

Kerrie and Mark were perfect hosts. Gorgeous location, walk to beach and house was stocked with everything needed for our stay. The dock was fun for the kids. Pond is very shallow and our young kids had a blast kayaking and paddle boarding. We can’t wait to book again next year.

The house was beautiful and scenery breathtaking. We loved watching the ice fishing, skating and go carting on the lake! We even went out on the frozen lake! It was close to my daughter’s home in Voluntown…. Only 4 minutes away! The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. They went above and beyond as we were there to celebrate my granddaughters’ first birthday! They left a gift for her and some welcome gifts for us too! Amazing!! They brought a table and chairs for extra seating!! Phil and Staci were amazing hosts and always responsive. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect spot for our family going between Watch Hill and Mystic for a few days. Comfy beds, big kitchen. Loved coming home to the cool central air after a day at the beach. We had a small issue with the sink but they sent someone over quickly to fix it. We had a great time. Thanks!

It’s difficult to succinctly state how wonderful the experience is at the Grange Cottage. Aside from the peaceful and historical cottage, the hosts put it over the edge. Both Stephen and Dean were so friendly and made us feel at home. When you only get away from daily life infrequently, these little getaways mean a lot. Everything you read about the property and these hosts is true. The value is incredible for what you get. It’s a labor of love for these hosts and it shows. I just kind of hope it doesn’t get TOO popular so that I can book it again!

We had a great stay at Kaitlyn's house. Communications with Kaitlyn were kind and thoughtful and the details in the home show the same care. It was a nice home base to explore Mystic and Westerly. We would definitely stay again!

Loved staying at this little seaside cottage! Beautiful sunset view. Cute bunnies hopping around in the yard. Very helpful to already have linens & towels available on-site. Easy entry with access code, not having to carry a key was great. Beautiful neighborhood to walk around and look at the houses & the views. Neighbors were super friendly and everyone waved during our daily walks. Easy access point to the bay right down the street so we could paddleboard. Easy walk to George's (awesome tiki bar right on the beach in the sand - live music), Jimmy's Portside (delicious seafood - I say best in Narragansett!), seafood markets, shops, and other restaurants - as well as the Block Island ferry for a day trip. House was very bright/white and clean and peaceful.
