We had such a great stay at the Shark Tooth Shanty! The home was decorated so beautifully and uniquely, every little detail added to the charm. Kerrie was very communicative and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was quiet and relaxing, yet just a short drive to downtown Charleston, beaches, and great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This was a perfect spot for us to stay while visiting family in the area. Host was very responsive and accommodating to our last minute schedule changes. Gift basket was a nice touch.

loved the place mainly because of the separated bathtub in the master bathroom, having two sinks in master bathroom, king bed, having a dishwasher and having a washer and dryer. I was not expecting to be near an Amtrak train track. I am very sensitive to noises when trying to fall asleep and am very glad I brought my earplugs. I also use a CPAP when I'm sleeping and the side table of master bedroom was barely large enough to fit it....I had to put the lamp on the floor. overall, fantastic place to stay.

We had the most incredible stay. So beautifully decorated - we all kept saying it was the most beautiful air bnb we had ever stayed in! The pool was also amazing for young kids which was a benefit. We will be back!

Our family of 4 had an amazing time! The property is so peaceful, and you’re only a short walk or drive from the beach and pools. Tyler is amazingly communicative, helpful, and seems to truly want you to have a wonderful experience. Everything is just as it is pictured, including the beach wagon, toys, umbrellas. Our kids are 3 and 7, and they loved watching the wildlife from the deck. We were initially a little worried about the kids navigating the spiral staircase, and when we arrived we found they supply a baby gate that fits all the way around the railing and openings. It really eased our minds. If you like the idea of being submerged in nature by the beach, don’t hesitate to book this rental! We’ll return for sure!

We had a great time! The condo was perfect for what we needed having a 10 month old with us. They provided a pack-and-play, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella, and more. Beach and pool are both walkable, and felt private - not overcrowded!

Nice, clean, and convenient place. We loved the proximity to the pool. At the last minute, we left our dogs at home, but we would choose to return to Steve's place if we bring the dogs in the future. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the unit was. We never heard the guests who were above us, and only heard the neighbors to the side when they entered their unit.

This was our second time staying in this beautiful home. It’s a special getaway both for the amazing location but also the amazing owner. Austin was responsible, helpful and beyond kind. We felt right at home and Austin went above and beyond to help us make the most of our stay! Highly recommend and we will be back again in no time!

The Rustic Roost is very cute on the inside with beautiful green grass on the outside. The space had everything we needed to accommodate my family of four + our 12 year old pup. Great location for us as we were visiting for a busy graduation weekend. Owners let us know of an Adventure park nearby as well & our boys LOVED IT! Plenty of linens available for showering, blankets, & sheets if needed for the futon. We are already looking forward to our next adventure with TRR next year!🐓

We had an amazing stay!! We were visiting for wedding planning and ran into some scheduling conflicts & needed an early check-in. The Akers team was so responsive and got us in as soon as they could - very helpful & quick. The walk to the beach is about 6 min total, but is a really quick bike ride, you do have to find trail paths to get there or it’s longer using roads - we used google maps to help us find the paths. The entire island is dog friendly we took our pup just about every dinner, there is even an off leash beach area. The airbnb is just like the images so pretty & clean we enjoyed coming back and relaxing on the screened in porch. We will be recommending this as an option for any of our wedding guests with pups! :)

happy with our entire stay. The adorable cabin yard for our pups, well maintained and clean ! Fresh farm eggs puppy treats and carrots to feed the horses on our daily strolls! These ladies thought of everything to make your stay here memorable! Making us feel right at home while they shared their beautiful piece of land they take so much pride in. Just beautiful! We hope to return here next time we are in SC.

This Airbnb was lovely, presented just like the pictures. Very comfy rooms with a cozy vibe. I personally appreciated the blue light in the bathroom, I’ve got sensitive eyes. About 25 mins from Folly Beach. Would definitely stay again.💕🧚🏽

I had a fantastic stay at Kashawn’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth and communication with the host was easy and prompt. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still quiet enough to relax. Little touches like, coffee, snacks, wifi, comfy beds, made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We were 3 couples, long time friends, getting together from different parts of the country. David's place was perfect, the history, restaurants and sights were all abound in the area.

We loved it. Very quaint: in the woods, quiet, with some farm animals. Unfortunately we arrived in the dark of the evening and left in the dark the next morning, so we did not get the full benefit of seeing and appreciating the place. We were grateful for the snacks they had available. We will definitely stay there again should there be another occasion to do so.
