Perfectly located and tastefully decorated villa w/brand new furniture, flooring and paint throughout. New luxury master and guest bathrooms completed in 2022, updated kitchen with granite and new stainless steel appliances. Villa overlooks one of two community pools from a covered balcony which has a spiral-stair that leads down to the pool and lagoon. 1/4 mile walk or bike ride to Coligny Beach and all the South Beach happenings. Unit has a full-sized washer and dryer and private parking.

Our spacious two bedroom, 2 ½ bath villa overlooks a large swimming pool, and comfortably accommodates six people. It is fully equipped and tastefully furnished to be a home-away-from-home. The kitchen has an electric range and oven, a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, washer and dryer. There is seating for six at the dining room table. The living room entertainment center has a Smart TV connected to cable and WiFi. Please note--Courtside has a strict No Pets policy.

The living area features a light, neutral color scheme and plenty of natural light from large sliding glass doors. A comfortable sectional sofa invites relaxation, and a wooden coffee table is positioned in the center. A flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall, and a cozy side table adds functionality.

Renovated 1st floor, 1 BR getaway located across the street from the beach! Private deck overlooks community pool just steps from back door. Great location - plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping and grocery stores nearby. New appliances, smart TVs in living area and bedroom (cable in living room). Bedroom has a queen-size bed and brand new leather recliner sofa in the living room. Rental includes 2 beach chairs, cart and umbrella. Absolutely no pets and no smoking allowed.
