Please note--Courtside has a strict No Pets policy.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo just steps from the Beachwalk and a few minutes walk to Coligny Plaza. This unit is so new to the market we haven’t even taken the remodel pics but are accepting reservations for the unit, as updated pictures will come next week. We have installed LVT throughout the condo, no more carpet. All bathrooms have been gutted and have new vanities, tile and fixtures. You will not be disappointed.
