Steven was the ultimate host. Condo was everything he said it was. Very clean. Steven was very responsive to questions and answered quickly. Will definitely look him up again the next time we are visiting Hilton Head.

This was an amazing AirBnB. My only wish was to be able to open up more windows, as the only ones that had screens on them were the bathroom & the one over the sink. Other than that, wonderful and we will definitely be renting it again and telling friends. Its in such a great location, never the heart beat of Mt. Pleasant. Amazing restaurants, bars, food, water and attractions.

This was by far the best rental we have ever had in the Charleston area! We come every year ( specifically for Folly Beach), sometimes twice a summer...and we always rent a house away from the beach, just because renting on the beach is so costly. This is such a good value. Literally a block away from the beach, that takes less than 3 minutes. Even though you are in the center of things, and hear the hustle and bustle of walkers outside, it somehow still feels so private. It was super clean, smelled amazing and fresh, the decor was boho chic, relaxing vibe.The amenities were great! The front screened-in porch we used so much, as well as taking a nice snooze on the back patio area. The outdoor shower actually has a hot and cold option. This place did not disappoint. The hosts were super responsive and great with communication. We had zero issues. We will be coming back. Thanks so much for hosting our family of 3!!!!!

My husband and I booked this home for our Babymoon & it was perfect! The home itself is exactly as pictured. Mackenzie was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We brought our pup with us, and the yard was a great size for him to run around. There were plenty of towels, pillows, dishes, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed to do some light cooking there but you are only a 10 minute walk to all that is happening in Park Circle. There were enough coffee shops for us to try a new one each morning! We really enjoyed the Thai restaurant as well. There are several parks nearby, the walkability was fabulous. When we did want to venture out to explore Charleston, we were within a 15-25 minute drive of everything. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone heading to Charleston with 4 guests or less ☺️

Great location, right in the heart of Bluffton! We enjoyed this spacious condo - clean, comfortable and quiet. Elevator for move-in was helpful and washer dryer was a plus. We hope to return again soon!

This little place is perfect to get away for a few days! Close to so many things, yet tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood. This suite is spotless and the bed, SO comfortable! Alex and Karen are the best hosts!!!

Our stay in Folly Beach was perfect. Sara's place was spotless upon check-in and exactly as pictured. The location was better than imagined. As we brought our bags in, we heard live music wafting from about 1/2 block away at Chico Feo which quickly became our local hangout. The beach seemed even closer than it looked on the map, about 2 blocks. It was lovely to walk about a block down to coffee every morning and breakfast at Lost Dog. Having Bert's around the corner was also ideal. I plan to stay in Folly Beach every time I visit Charleston from now on! The drive in is short and easy so it is the best of everything!

The apartment is beautiful. The side porch is charming and it was so nice to be able to open the doors for fresh air and sit outside in the morning with coffee. The shower is strong, hot and spacious. The neighborhood was great- you are just a walk away from tons of places to eat, drink or shop. Would stay here again!

The stay was great. Perfect location not far from King Street and walking distance to lots of restaurants and amazing food. We really only had to use the car to go outside of the city limits. Check-in was seamless and easy. The home was very clean and spacious and stocked with essentials. We had five people (two adults, two teens, and a pre-teen) and each of the kids had their own room, which was terrific. There are two units that share a single driveway, so parking is tight but we coordinated closely with the folks in the other unit so it wasn’t a big deal. Mauri was super responsive and handled all inquiries quickly. If i’m in Charleston again, i’d definitely stay here again.

Awesome Host! We were very pleased with the property. The furnishings were well thought out. It was minimalist while feeling warm and inviting at the same time. It was well-maintained and the surrounding property was very nice. We felt at home in the property and area. Small convenience stores (DT, FD, DG) were all within 1-2 minutes driving and so much more anywhere from 5 minutes or more. It worked out very well for us. *It is on the second floor (we liked that), but just a heads up in case stairs are challenging for you or someone traveling with you. As a host - very responsive, great instructions and clear rules. We definitely recommend this property and host, and we would book again.

Amazing location for a couple visiting Charleston. The airbnb was clean and organized. It has also the best quality furniture and kitchenware from all airbnbs I’ve been. Checkin was easy. Bed was very comfortable and the place was quiet at night despite being near a large street (I’m a light sleeper). Bathroom was clean and shower was good. It’s around 12-15 min from downtown Charleston and also a short drive to Angel Oak and Folly beach. Only inconvenient you might find is some traffic in the intersection where the place is, as well as in some junctions going to Charleston. We would certainly stay here again!

Ann's place is beautiful, a great location, easy to get around. the unit is impeccably decorated and super comfortable, I wish we could have stayed longer.

Had a wonderful stay!!!! Perfect location very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Walking distance to cute restaurants. Was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend stay. Laurie was so accommodating and helpful during our stay. Definitely recommend!

This was our second stay at Lynn’s place! It is so clean and well taken care of. It is very convenient to the beach! Lynn and her family are so kind and easy to communicate with. Would 1000% recommend!

Bryan was truly an amazing host! This was a great space for me and a friend to enjoy a 3-night girls trip to Charleston. Location was a quick Uber trip to the downtown area which was perfect! The space is small but perfectly functional for two people! Bathroom and kitchen areas were amazing!!! Overall, an amazing Airbnb and great host! I would definitely stay here again if I return to Charleston.

The location was perfect, with all of the great amenities at the Hilton Head resort! Walking distance to beach, indoor/outdoor pool, and jacuzzi. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Jason and their property highly enough. We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

The location was amazing & super convenient. We found the beach stuff in one of the closets at the end of day one & it was a game changer for the rest of the stay with transporting our stuff to & from the beach. It was so relaxing & peaceful. It was also really awesome to be in the same building as the indoor pool. Awesome experience & can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay for my family. This was our first trip to Hilton Head Island and we fell in love. My only regret is not staying longer. Great location and amenities- the indoor pool/ hot tub and private beach access were great. Safe, quiet and relaxing. The unit was stocked well with everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay again.
