We went to Charleston for a much needed long weekend! We had looked at hotels and resorts but wanted a place where we weren’t stuck in a hotel room. This place had all of the amenities of a nice hotel but a lot of room and privacy! House was clean and well designed, pool was nice and private. Walkable to Charleston’s stores and restaurants and attractions (bring comfy shoes). Courtney was responsive and helpful.

Cozy Bungalow with Southern Charm – Perfect for a Charleston Weekend! I stayed in this cute little bungalow in Summerville while in town for Matt Rife’s comedy show in Charleston, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The bungalow had such a warm and inviting feel with its Lowcountry chic decor—charming, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax after a fun night out. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It was also just a short and easy drive into Charleston, which made getting to the show super convenient. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right. I’d definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish stay near Charleston. I’d love to stay here again!

We came here for a quick anniversary trip, and this was the perfect spot for us! Right away, we could tell how clean it was by the way it looked and smelled! The upstairs bathroom and bedroom are gorgeous- such a vibe. We loved the location being so close to king street and many restaurants and coffee shops. Would 100% stay here again!

We were in the Charleston area for a concert, but wanted to stay somewhere new to explore. Summerville was the perfect spot and this space is a great landing pad for the area. Easy, walkable access to a local greenway also! Everything in this space was perfectly thought through. Thanks for sharing it with us!

We absolutely loved our stay in this great Charleston single house. The inside was beautifully decorated. Well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. Comfortable beds and plenty of closet and dresser space. Great location with off-street parking. Easily walkable to great restaurants, museums and tours.

Bryan was great and accommodating. The space had great amenities.

Had a great 3 days at Mary’s place exploring Charleston. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. Everything was great. Check in & out instructions were very clear. Most of the time we walked to wherever we were headed for the day—occasionally we then Uber/Lyfted back. Parking was not an issue. We parked on the street right beside the property. As Mary clearly states in her description, there is traffic/city noise. This was not a problem for us, but if it would bother you, bring ear plugs for sleeping, or choose another destination ;-) Overall, this is a fantastic property!

Our stay with Danelle and Robby was great! Robby unlocked the key box for us since it was raining when we arrived, allowing us to quickly get all of our stuff inside. The rooms were clean, well appointed and spacious. The farm is quiet, peaceful and not too far out of town. Danelle and Robby were friendly throughout our stay, answering our (and our kids) countless questions and even taking us on a tour to see the Alpacas up close and get an opportunity to pet them and learn more about them. Our kids loved this stay and it was truly a unique and unforgettable experience. They looked forward to seeing the Alpacas each morning as we left and each evening as we returned. We would highly recommend it to anyone!

This was our second visit to Matthew’s place. We love that location and ability to walk everywhere we wanted. It seems the restaurant employees that have a back entrance near door to elevator entrance have put out all the lights so it was dark but we never felt uncomfortable. We did have to walk through their smoke often. This is in no way the responsibility of Matthew but just something to be aware of. We did appreciate how super quiet and dark the bedroom got, we slept great!

Florian's home was a a beautiful property. The industrial rustic look was very well done and he made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you, Florian!

This was our second time staying here! It's so clean and they have put a lot of intention and thought into their space! 2 minute walk to the beach and close to all the restaurants! Perfect location! Thanks for a great vacation!!!

We took a quick trip to Charleston and needed a pet friendly location for our golden retriever. This stay exceeded our expectations - great space, beautiful kitchen, fenced in yard space, and a peaceful neighborhood with park space right in front of the house. We were even able to walk with our dog to multiple bars and restaurants, including finding two new Charleston favorites - Prophet Coffee and Odd Duck Market! Would highly recommend staying here!

The house was in a great location with easy access to downtown and North Charleston. The house was very comfortable and clean. I really loved how everything was decorated and it was very well supplied. The owner did make note that it could be a little noisy with children running around and with it being an older house. There were ear plugs and sound machines available, but we didn’t need to use them; noise was never an issue for us. Overall, it was a lovely home and a great getaway for me and my sister. I highly recommend!

I will definitely return to Kerim’s place if I’m in the area. I didn’t want to leave. I felt like I was home. He was an awesome host!

Alex is an amazing host. The place was very clean and inviting and was just the perfect spot to chill and unwind from a busy day. My wife, 2 year old son and I stayed here for a week while we were on holiday in Charleston. The space was very large and had tons of room for us to relax and my son to play. It had a great balcony that overlooked the pool area. The pool was very nice and even had a massive kids pool that was shaded. It was also in a great location as the airport was about 15 minutes, downtown about 35 (shorter without traffic) and Sullivan’s Island beach access in about 45 minutes (shorter without traffic). My only comment on the space was it can be a little loud at times since you’re right above the pool and the event room. But all of the guests did follow the rules and everything was quiet by 10PM. If you’re looking for a great location, with a pool and great area outside the city, this is the place! Will recommend to anyone traveling here especially with kids!
