We loved that the amenity cards were included as well as plenty of bikes and fishing gear. Brenda is everything you want on a host…caring, responsive, and so wonderful to communicate with. We enjoyed a beautiful week on IOP in this house. Spacious and well equipped, we truly could not have asked for more. The kitchen had been recently renovated and was absolutely stunning with everything one could ever need/want in a kitchen. The bedrooms were beautiful and the beds were incredibly comfortable. When we arrived, the grill was not working - I sent a text and within an hour someone was out at the house assessing the problem. And a new grill was delivered the next day. Cannot recommend this house enough. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Oliver’s house was just as described and perfect for our stay! It’s located in an upcoming area and close to cute boutiques, restaurants and the park. It’s also a short drive to downtown. He was quick to respond when we had questions as well. Looking forward to visiting again!

My favorite AIRBNB I’ve ever stayed in! Such a beautiful location, so spacious, and truly has EVERYTHING you could need in an AIRBNB. Karen truly went above and beyond with making this feel like a luxurious yet “at home” feeling in the space. The beds were the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in. The location felt so safe, and the sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. You are so close to folly beach beach and the drive to Charleston is not bad at all- truly the PERFECT location if you want to visit both during your trip.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful marsh-front home near Charleston! The setting was peaceful and full of Lowcountry charm, with gorgeous marsh views right from the backyard. One of the highlights was definitely the chickens — fresh eggs every morning made breakfast extra special! The house itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, it’s just a short drive to Edisto Beach, which made day trips super easy. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we felt right at home. We can’t wait to come back!

This place is AMAZING! I wish we had taken more pictures. We had such a great relaxing time from the beautiful house and dock with it’s breathtaking views that we just enjoyed life and each other. The deep water dock was perfect for our boat. Only a short boat ride to the inter coastal waterway and beaches. Janie is a fabulous host. We couldn’t ask for anything better. She gave us excellent advice and recommendations for local restaurants and a close boat landing. Not only will we be come back again and again, but we have already started sharing this fantastic place with all our friends and family!
