It is ideal for a relaxing vacation with family or friends and extends over 3 floors (200 m² + terrace + garden). The living area with marble floor and wooden ceiling is located on the first floor; the kitchen is fully equipped. There are 5 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, heated with underfloor heating and solar air system.

Our holiday home is bright, spacious, cozy and equipped to a high standard. Each bedroom has its own bathroom - TV/Sat is in every room. Washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. Internet access via WLAN. Each unit also has a terrace with a barbecue and loungers. Free parking.

Take a vacation at a beautifully renovated 120 year old stone house. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and the 6000 square meter plot borders with 3 sides on a fairytale forest. The house is centrally located in Carinthia and only about 3 kilometers from the Velden West highway exit and Lake Wöhrtersee. In the garden is a garden bungalow that can also be used. In the house, there are 2 residential units, each with a parking space.

The newly renovated cottage is about 55 square meters and has a beautiful bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (160 × 200 cm). In the combined living room/kitchen there is a cozy sofa bed, smart TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all amenities: large fridge, dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, oven, normal coffee maker, kettle, etc. are available. On cold winter days, the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere.

Our accommodation is only 4 km from Velden am Wörthersee. The Gerlitze ski resort can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Klagenfurt and Villach are also only 20 minutes away, making it easier to explore the surroundings. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy double bed and a pull-out living area for up to 4 people. The bathroom offers a bathtub and shower, and a desk is available. Welcome to our home! 🙂
