We have enjoyed a particularly nice (ski)holiday in your beautiful house, located 10 minutes by car from the ski slopes. After our ski day, it was nice to come home and we could enjoy the coziness and warmth of the vacation home.

We were there 1 week. Everything was a perfect fit and Gregor is a very good and nice host.

First, Angelika is perfect host, friendly and helpful. She lives in nearby house, ready to help with anything. The house is very coasy, well equiped with furniture and appliances. The bonus is the fireplace! The kitchen is really equiped above average. Nearby shop and restaurant or pizzeria are handy. We were 2 families of 4 and had a great time. Enough place around the table it on the sofa for all of us. We we little affraid of the joint toillete with the bathroom, but it turned out well, it wasnt such a bottleneck.

We had a wonderful and relaxing week at the lake romance with Lisa-Alessa on the Magdalene Lake and felt very comfortable here. Everything you needed was there, our two Bullys (French Bulldogs) could swim here in peace and felt at home here. We highly recommend this beautiful cottage to every vacationer, it is a true holiday paradise right on a beautiful lake here.

it was a very nice, clean and organized house where close to Ossiacher See area, you can walk to the See with a wonderful view. Lots of restaurants, Pizza, gas station and super market close by, during the night you can enjoy the beautiful stars and moon on the balcony.

Beautiful accommodation, easy to reach very large rooms with their own bathroom, host Ana, super available. The very quiet area is perfect for spending time with friends, the sauna is great for relaxing.

Brilliant Airbnb long-stay experience. We stayed for 3 weeks in this stunning spacious and private self-contained apartment and the place is a perfect combination of feeling hidden away and isolated in the wilderness while everything including supermarkets, shops and restaurants, are just a few minutes drive away. The bath is huge and with a skylight allowing you to enjoy a bubble bath while looking at the sky. High speed reliable internet allowed effortless remote work including videos calls and streaming. A huge range of sushi is available daily at the SPAR just down the road.The hosts who were present on the premises in the lower floor of the house during the duration of our stay were very discrete and privacy-respecting . Definitely booking again.

Absolutely amazing mountain hut in stunning scenery. Teresa and Stefan have put in loads of work so that you can get back to basics, slow down and live it up in natural luxury! Thoroughly recommend Danke schon!

The house is located in a village/campsite just a short walk from Lake Pressegger. Inside, in addition to the pool, there is a children's play area and a restaurant that also prepares great takeaway food. With an app you can order baked goods such as bread, brioches, etc... and find them in the morning in a common room. Access to a nearby spa is also included, and a card with which you can do many free activities, especially with kids/kids. The house was perfect for us (6 people) with a kitchen complete with everything and a nice porch where you can eat outdoors. Lake Pressegger is beautiful and very relaxing with a very well-equipped public beach. You can reach Villach in just over half anhour. We had a nice vacation, but to fully enjoy the place you have to stay much longer than the three days we were able to do!

Even though the place is small, everything is there and well packed. There are a lot of walking paths, ski gondola is only 15 minutes away... I can recommend it.

We had a lovely time in the apartment, everything that you needed was there, lots of natural light, which we loved. Even prettier than on the pictures and barbara always responded within a dew minutes. We could mot have been happier.

Very impressive apartment and in a spectacular location. Simply ideal for bike rides in Kärnten, Italia or Slovenia. The apartment was impeccable, just like in the photos. Ah and the hosts always well educated and very helpful

We spent 4 nights there as a 4-member family. We went to ski, the slopes are cca. 15-20 minutes far away. We enjoyed the warm apartment after skiing. It was very comfortable with two separate bedrooms and big kithen with table and all comforts you need (e.g. dishwasher and lots of plates and glasses etc) . Plus there was a livingroom with a big sofa also. The beds were super comfortable. There were two toilets. I think this apartment is comfortable for 6 people also. We travel a lot and we think this apartment is perfect.

It's a very quaint apartment, with huge meadow on the slope and direct forest connection. The apartment is nicely cozily decorated and perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

The house is located in a quiet environment within walking distance to the center of Velden. The furnishings of the house are cozy, we felt at home there. The owner thinks of every little thing, we didn't miss anything. It was a home with a heart and we highly recommend it.

We had a very pleasant stay with Petra - the friendly and proactive communication was particularly positive. The place was spacious for 3 people and equipped with all the necessities as well as pleasantly quiet. We will be happy to come back!

Hermann's mother is the good soul of Pension Alpenland. She has everything under control and is a warm, open-minded and uncomplicated as well as very helpful hostess. She was there to help and guide us and always had an open ear for questions or concerns. We liked it very much with the Tschernutter family and we can imagine coming back. Greetings also from our son, who has just made his first own pine schnapps according to your recipe.
