Great for an overnight stay while traveling to Vienna.

This was one of our peaceful short vacation , we loved everything about the Place n specially the View , we had Luck that in November it was Sunny so we could enjoy the View , Place was Neat and the Hosts were really Friendly a very positive point was the Pool which should be taken in Consideration of the opening Hours 7-11 am and from 04:00 Pm to 08:00 Pm , overall we as Family with two Kids loved the Place , it was up to our Expectations. Clean and complete apartment with terrace, quietly located on the outskirts of Villach in a beautiful area. Plenty of parking. You walk right into the woods of the Dobratsch Nature Park), also supermarkets, a large shopping center and swimming pool within walking distance. The Faakersee and Villacher Alpenstrasse are accessible in 10 minutes by car.

The apartment was very nice, well-designed, and just as shown in the pictures. Perfectly suited for two people and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A great touch was the inclusion of basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, oil and similar, making things more convenient. It’s clear that Martina and Max pay attention to detail. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice and responsive host. The place was very nice, comfortable beds and spacious for 4 persons. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Ossiacher See is near and at walkable distance from the house. Thanks for having us and would like to visit again in the future!

Ronja was always available and took care of it quickly. For example, the light in the bathroom was broken, she changed it. A blind didn't let down, again she took care of repair quickly. Upon request, we got a toaster and economy peeler. The hot tub didn't seem to be ready to use yet. The stovetops are sufficient, but the touchpad no longer responds well, also the oven takes a long time to heat up. The house was very nice. The view, fantastic, especially in the evening, as the mountains slowly disappear in the dark, very nice panorama. The garden is also very large and offers a lot of opportunity to move around. Our kids had a lot of fun. He also offered beautiful hiding places for the Easter nests. Ronja was very attentive and prepared 5 Easter nests for our children.

We stayed in the fisherman's cottage for a week. Due to the storm in many parts of Austria, we had to make some cuts in our planned activities. We were able to start cycling tours to Spittal, Lake Faak and Lake Wörthersee right outside the front door. In the evening, we enjoyed the tranquil surroundings. The way to the city is also not far. Our car had a perfect parking space under the carport on the premises. We will be happy to come back, hopefully in nicer weather.

Accommodation as described, friendly hosts and great starting point for excursions

it was a very nice, clean and organized house where close to Ossiacher See area, you can walk to the See with a wonderful view. Lots of restaurants, Pizza, gas station and super market close by, during the night you can enjoy the beautiful stars and moon on the balcony.

Even though the place is small, everything is there and well packed. There are a lot of walking paths, ski gondola is only 15 minutes away... I can recommend it.

Maria and Michael are very friendly hosts. We felt very comfortable in the exceptional tiny house with pellet stove. We also had fun playing darts in the garden house and at the recommended excursion destinations.

Beautiful house with amazing rooms and amazing lake view, in a very quiet neighbourhood next to the forest but few minutes from the regional road.

We had a great and relaxing time at Michael's apartment! This was totally quiet, comfortably furnished and perfectly equipped, there was really nothing missing! And the beds are super comfortable! The location was also perfect for us and a great starting point for great excursions 😊😊😊 (lido and circular trail Presseggersee, lido Weißensee, Hermagor, Villach, Villacher Alpenstraße, Feistritzer Alm, toboggan run Nassfeld, waterfall Radnig, Gasthof zum Feierabend). Communication with Michael was very, very friendly and accommodating. He gave us some tips and inquired in between if everything was okay. If we are in the area again, we would always book this apartment!

Beautiful, spacious apartment with huge terrace in great location! Our children (2 and 5 years) felt very comfortable, also because they even found some toys in the two lovingly designed children's rooms. Thanks to the lakes, mountains and other leisure activities in the area never got bored and we had a very nice, varied time! We will be happy to come back! :)

Brilliant apartment, this is the second time we have stayed here and it’s perfect for our needs

The place is beautiful and the apartment has a great location But it is in a very high location on the mountain. It takes time to drive there, but it is worth the experience with the cool atmosphere and beautiful view

Ingrid and Corinna where such wonderful hosts. The appartement is on the first floor of a house in a quiet neighborhood close to a lot of attractions. In a few minutes drive you are at Faaker See. Also there a plenty of good hikes within half an hours drive. The appartement itself is spotless and very comfortable. In the evening you can enjoy the wonderful view of the mountains from the balcony. The kitchen has all the utensils you need. And if you need a Netflix and chill evening, there is a huge tv screen for that. We were a family with four. The bedroom is very comfortable and the sofa bed is smaller, but also comfortable enough. We would love to come back, because we really enjoyed this home away from home. Thank you Corinna and Ingrid!

We felt super comfortable and would book again anytime. The only thing that is a bit difficult is opening and closing the apartment door and elevator with the Nuki app. Unfortunately, this often didn't work right away.

Excellent accommodation, exceptionally tasteful and fine amenities, great balcony with unrestricted views of the lake, quiet location and yet close to Velden (about 1.5 km). We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Gerald and Gabi were very friendly hosts. Info for the disabled: Good parking situation, relatively small but well-functioning elevator, completely accessible apartment including shower, except for a 20 cm high step at the apartment entrance.
