Nötsch glider airfield and Nötsch train station as well as supermarket, bank, bakery with its own mill, various restaurants are within easy walking distance, bathing, mountain and city trips (Carinthia, Friuli, Slovenia) as well as arrival and departure are possible with the public transport, car, bike or on foot possible.

Cozy vacation on a proper farm

Our guest room has a balcony and a private bathroom with a toilet and shower. Especially families with children, we are very welcome. Toddler until 3 years old sleep free in the parents room, older children on request and extra charge with in the parents room or in the 2nd guest room. In the large fenced garden, there is a lot to discover in addition to sandbox, playhouse or trampoline. Our ponies are looking forward to small riders. Childcare is possible if necessary.

The 110 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available.

You rent our guest room in the historic estate - the 800-year-old Edlingerhof invites you to linger. A large leisure offer in Oberkärnten is at the front door (skiing at the local mountain Goldeck, hiking in the Nockbergen, swimming in Lake Millstättersee, cycling on the Drauradweg). Shops and restaurants are within 5 minutes walking distance. A small breakfast is included. Since I live in the west part myself, I will be happy to answer any questions and tips.

Lake Ossiach B&B with great lake view free parking

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The sun room of our breakfast room has a great terrace with lake view. In high season, the grocery stores are also open on Sundays. Various restaurants and many attractive offers such as climbing, mini golf, water skiing, hiking, swimming, etc. are nearby. The lake is a 5-minute walk and the next largest city of Villach or Feldkirchen can be reached by car in about 13-15 minutes.

Cozy room with a view & breakfast

Welcome to our beautiful room on the second floor of our house. We are a retired couple and our children no longer live here. From here you have a great view of Slovenia and Italy – and the balcony is the perfect place to enjoy sunrises or a coffee. There is room for up to three people: two in bed, 1 person on the sofa. All around there is a lot of nature and even a playground for children. Local breakfast included.
