Du wirst diese charmante, einzigartige Unterkunft nie wieder verlassen wollen. Die Sonnenstube unser Frühstücksraum hat eine tolle Terrasse mit Seesicht. In der Hauptsaison sind die Lebensmittel Geschäfte auch am Sonntag offen. Diverse Restaurants und viele attraktive Angebote wie Klettern, Minigolf, Wasserskifahren, Wandern, Schwimmen usw. sind in der Nähe. Der See ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß und die nächst grössere Stadt Villach oder Feldkirchen sind mit dem Auto in ca. 13-15 Minuten erreichbar.

Sie mieten unser Gästezimmer im historischen Gutshof - der über 800-jährige Edlingerhof lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ein großes Freizeitangebot in Oberkärnten liegt vor der Haustür (Skifahren am Hausberg Goldeck, Wandern in den Nockbergen, Baden im Millstättersee, Radfahren am Drauradweg). Geschäfte und Restaurants sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein kleines Frühstück ist inbegriffen. Da ich selbst im Westteil lebe, stehe ich Ihnen gerne für Fragen und Tipps zur Verfügung.

Willkommen in unserem wunderschönen Zimmer im zweiten Stock unseres Hauses. Wir sind ein pensioniertes Ehepaar und unsere Kinder wohnen nicht mehr hier. Von hier aus hat man einen großartigen Ausblick auf Slowenien und Italien – und der Balkon ist der perfekte Ort, um Sonnenaufgänge oder einen Kaffee zu genießen. Platz gibt es für bis zu drei Personen: zwei im Bett, 1 Person auf dem Sofa. Rundherum gibt es viel Natur und sogar einen Spielplatz für Kinder. Lokales Frühstück inkludiert.

Unser Gästezimmer hat einen Balkon und ein eigenes Bad mit WC und Dusche. Besonders Familien mit Kindern sind uns herzlich willkommen. Kleinkinder bis 3 Jahre schlafen umsonst im Elternzimmer, ältere Kinder gegen Anfrage und Aufpreis mit im Elternzimmer oder im 2.Gästezimmer. Im großen eingezäunten Garten gibt es neben Sandkiste, Spielhaus oder Trampolin viel zu entdecken. Unsere Ponies freuen sich auf kleine Reiter. Bei Bedarf ist Kinderbetreuung möglich.

Haus Steinhauer am Ossiachersee ist ein traditionell renoviertes Bauernhaus am Fuße der Gerlitzen mit direktem Blick auf den Ossiachersee. Das großzügige Anwesen hat eine eigene Quelle ein kleiner Bach fließt durch die bunte Streuobstwiese. Die Nächte sind ruhig und auch in der warmen Jahreszeit angenehm kühl. Im Winter sorgt der große, historische Küchenherd für gemütliche Behaglichkeit in der man sich schnell wie zu Hause fühlt.
