Nice house in a very nice village, friendly and flexible host.

It was very nice when I found myself under this accommodation. The cleanliness, the large garden, where my children had a good time. I had a quiet night to continue my journey. Just recommend

We stayed at the house for a week and had a wonderful experience. It was perfect for our family of four, offering all the amenities we needed throughout our stay. The house was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with two spacious bedrooms and a lovely bathroom on the lower level. Upstairs, we enjoyed a beautiful open-plan living area and a well-equipped kitchen, all enhanced by stunning views through the many windows. A large balcony extended from the living space, providing a perfect spot to sit back, relax, and soak in the surrounding scenery. The location is excellent, though a car is essential to make the most of your visit. We used the house as a base to explore the picturesque regions of Austria, as well as nearby Italy and Slovenia. Christoph was an outstanding host, with clear and consistent communication throughout our stay.

We were very pleased with the beautiful fisherman's cottage. It was sparkling clean, beautiful and modern and just as pictured. Everything was available, the kitchen perfectly equipped. Breakfast on the terrace with the many birds chirping and under the umbrella was always a dream. We gladly used Sabine's tips (especially the Annenhof for eating and hiking the great Tscheppaschlucht). It's close to shopping. Ingrid was very friendly as a contact person on site and was always ready to help. The area is a dream, we rode a lot of bikes (right at the house a perfect bike path passes by), were swimming in the beautiful lakes or shopping in Klagenfurt. We will be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful accommodation. It was very clean and well maintained. It had everything you needed. The landlords were very kind and personable. If I could, I would give 10 stars. It was just perfect! We would love to come back again and again! Thank you for everything you love!

Good morning, we felt very comfortable at Marion's. It is a nice and quiet area, ideal for relaxing. Marion is a very friendly and caring hostess. Upon our arrival, she provided us with fresh bread, cakes, cheese, etc. and various drinks were available. She had already provided fresh water, bowls and treats for our dog. There was also a wide range of cosmetics/ care products for individual and everyday needs. Marion made sure that everything you need is available. We had a very nice time there. Thank you.

Quiet environment, clean and tidy accommodation, I would definitely recommend it!

Maria and Michael are very friendly hosts. We felt very comfortable in the exceptional tiny house with pellet stove. We also had fun playing darts in the garden house and at the recommended excursion destinations.

Very nice contact with Karin with personal recommendations in rainy weather. Parking space for bicycles in the garage. The two of you have good space in this apartment. Parking right in front of the house is very convenient. Large sunny garden with seating in front of the entrance of the apartment. Furnishings partly new and partly according to the year of the house.

Tünde's apartment is quiet, clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, you quickly feel "at home." Tünde welcomes you with a smile. i recommend 100%.

We really enjoyed our stay at Theresienhof. Brigitte and Simone are very friendly and helpful. They give you lots of good tips about where to eat or where to go. You can also join Simone for a sport activity or Brigitte for a creative activity. We loved the breakfasts at the terras. The location is very fine. You can walk to the lake to cool down after an active day. We hope to come back.

We had a wonderful stay! Precisely because we know the place well, the stay was particularly nice and familiar for us. The large apartment was clean and well maintained, which offered us a lot of comfort. The amenities are fully available and we liked it very much. The location is perfect – central yet quiet so we could easily walk to everything in the place and the lake. We particularly liked the garden with the wonderful seating, which we unfortunately could not use due to our activities, but will certainly enjoy on a next visit. The dog always greeted us cheerfully and friendly when she was in the garden without being intrusive. It was lovely to experience their friendly manner. Overall the place was really great, and we would love to book it again anytime. Thank you very much for the nice time!

We had a great stay at Martina and Markus's! Everything was super clean, lovingly decorated and very cozy. The two are extremely friendly and warm hosts – you immediately feel welcome. We also particularly liked the cuddly cat, which provided additional feel-good moments. The parking space right in front of the house was extremely practical, and even in the kitchen there was really nothing missing – everything you need was there. The whole process was completely uncomplicated, including a later check-out, which was made possible without any problems. We recommend the place 100% and would love to come back anytime. Brigitte's apartment was very well kept and equipped. The beds were comfortable and the living area was spacious. It was great to have easy onsite parking and the property had a pretty garden. Our hosts were easily approachable, friendly and helpful. Shopping is within a very easy walking distance. We even put the Atrio shopping centre in our navigation as an easy landmark. Although it was on a main road, there was no problem with road noise at night and it's ok during the day even with windows open. Once the windows were shut all is peaceful for a good night's sleep. We stayed for a week and would happily stay here again.

There were four of us for a week. The apartment is a real dream and left nothing to be desired. Extremely high-quality and new furnishings, a fantastic roof terrace, spacious and bright-friendly design made us feel right at home. The location is great, located in the middle of the city directly on the Drava and in the old town. Communication was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The kitchen is state-of-the-art, fully equipped and prepared for every conceivable possibility. If you are looking for an unforgettable stay in Villach, this is the place to be. We can recommend this place without reservation.

This was our second business trip to Bleiberg and we had the pleasure of staying at this property a second time - it’s absolutely perfect! Rita and Andras are so kind and welcoming and always go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. The apartment itself is so clean and lovely. We look forward to coming back!

We stayed at Natasja's place from 12/22/2024 to 1/2/2025. Everything was super clean, beautifully decorated and had a great location. Natasja herself was super friendly and helpful with questions, etc. All in all, a perfect place to stay that I would always choose again! Nothing was missing from the accommodation. Everything was thought of here.

We stayed for five days, for the tuning event, in the accommodation and it couldn't have been better! The view is especially beautiful and very quiet in the morning hours. The associated carport was of course the dream for us car fans. Christian was very helpful and always easy to reach. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. We will be happy to come back!!

Michael is a super responsive and helpful host, the accommodation fully reflected the description and the lake view was superb, I think we'll be back. Also for those who love skiing it is very close to the cable car and a 5-minute walk there is a skating rink and a nature reserve for those who love bird watching with beautiful specimens. The only suggestion I would like to give to Michael is about the bedroom doors that are made of transparent glass and are not the best for privacy, maybe a nice shutter could help.
