The house is wonderfully quiet and was exactly what we were hoping for – if not more! Especially the direct lake access with the SUPs was a real highlight. The house itself is spacious, very clean and cozy – you immediately feel at home. Norbert was a great host: helpful, friendly and always responded quickly. Great apartment with direct lake access & lake view

Our apartment, which was completely renovated in 2020, is located on the 8th floor of the house Landskron with beautiful views over Lake Ossiach. The apartment has a fully equipped open kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine - fully automatic etc), a living/dining room, a sleeping bunk with bunk bed (bottom 140 cm, top 90 cm wide), a bedroom with double bed (180 cm wide) and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Furthermore, the apartment has a loggia of about 14m2 with dining table (extendable) and a (also extendable as a sofa bed) bench. The apartment is located directly (without road in between) on the south shore of Lake Ossiach. In front of the house is a spacious lawn with shallow lake access and jetty. Behind the sunbathing lawn there is a children's playground, a featherball/volleyball net, table tennis, soccer field and three tennis courts.

A large potted plant is positioned on a green lawn, overlooking Ossiachersee. The water glistens under the sky, while mountains provide a scenic backdrop. A wooden pier extends into the lake, and the adjacent hillside is dotted with trees and residential buildings.

The villas are a mile walk (each way) into town —perfect for working off the gelato we walked to get most evenings. They have a private dock stocked with paddle boards, deck chairs, and a fridge to store beverages for the day. Alex is the on-site manager and is very responsive and had nice local recommendations. We lived our time here.

Accommodation was as described, especially the private lake access we liked (the shore is almost continuous in private hands) and in the evening we had the sun on the spacious balcony. Tasteful and practical.

We had a pleasant stay with two small children at the lake. The lake view is stunning! Very nice hosting. pool, sauna, games... a little extra to have a good time. We would highly recommend!

Felix is rightly named Superhost! He picked us up from the train station, showed us everything in the pretty apartment (location phenomenal!) and also lent my husband his board. Great location…our landlord was very nice and gave us some good tips for excursions. Apartment was very well equiped.

New, spacious and very well-equipped accommodation. The pictures give a good impression. Very good and friendly contact with the landlady. There is no shopping in Sattendorf itself. The spa tax to be paid entitles you to free use of the S-Bahn. The S-Bahn train station is less than 5 minutes from the Apartment. As a result, shopping, excursions or rides to Villach etc. are also possible without a car use.

The apartment is small but nice. There is a separate bedroom with 2 single beds and a large double bed in the larger living/dining area There were three of us for a week, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The location is great: there is private lake access, a beach, restaurants and other numerous child-friendly nearby excursion destinations. The contact with Richard was top: check in and out were flexible, he was very nice and accommodating and gave us tips for the area. Especially all who want to do a lot and don't want to cook 5-course menus (the kitchen is quite small) I highly recommend Richard's place!

An amazing location directly on Ossiach lake with a direct lake access, small grassy beach and a parking lot. A nice bonus - there is a floating platform in the lake just a stone throw away, which we used to jump into the lake and have fun. THE place for SUP board fans. The apartment itself is nicely furnished, with 3 double bedrooms and a large balcony facing the lake. The beds are fine, the bed linen is clean. The bath towels could be larger. The Internet is free of charge. The password is on the wifi router. The place could be tidier as mentioned in previous comments. Almost no soap gel in the bathroom. The accomodation is not an entire private house, but an appartement on the 2nd floor with no lift. The access to two upper bedrooms is via a very steep staircase, which is not suitable for small children or elderly people. What we really missed were insect nets on the windows. There's a lot of insects coming in when you open to get fresh air, although no biting mosquitoes.
