The house is situated directly on hiking and pilgrim routes such as the Wörthersee Rundwanderweg or the Marian pilgrimage route.

Studio Ahoi is one of three apartments in our guest house. Quietly located, it is within walking distance of the town center and Lake Wörthersee. The studio is about 25 m² and can accommodate 2 people with a double bed, kitchen and balcony. The eclectic mix of maritime theme, antique furniture and modern art make the studio truly special. Our bar for coffee and drinks is located on the first floor. The large garden is available for all our guests.

The Seehaus – Seechalet is the perfect dream home for those looking for an exclusive lakeside retreat. Another highlight of the lake chalet is the Finnish sauna, which offers not only relaxation, but also a breathtaking view of the castle ruins of Landskron. A small refrigerator and a coffee machine are available for comfort. Bed-linen, towels and wifi are included. A convenient parking space right by the house ensures extra convenience.

Carinthia has so much to offer and we are in the heart of this enchanting region: The Drau bike path (370km) runs directly through Kellerberg. The last few meters mean a steep hurdle for all athletes. Fantastic lakes are not far away and we are happy to tell you the most beautiful hiking routes in the region!

A private oven which is operated with wood from the local forests completes the offer. The apartment is only 15 minutes away from the Gerlitzen ski resort. In 20 minutes you can reach the women's downhill skiing in the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski resort or the thermal spas of the surrounding area.
