Our stay with Heidemarie was super nice! She was super nice, helpful and very flexible. She responded to our requests. The place was really very nice, just right for our stay. The value for money cannot be topped! Thank you for everything! I highly recommend it.

Ronja was always available and took care of it quickly. For example, the light in the bathroom was broken, she changed it. A blind didn't let down, again she took care of repair quickly. Upon request, we got a toaster and economy peeler. The hot tub didn't seem to be ready to use yet. The stovetops are sufficient, but the touchpad no longer responds well, also the oven takes a long time to heat up. The house was very nice. The view, fantastic, especially in the evening, as the mountains slowly disappear in the dark, very nice panorama. The garden is also very large and offers a lot of opportunity to move around. Our kids had a lot of fun. He also offered beautiful hiding places for the Easter nests. Ronja was very attentive and prepared 5 Easter nests for our children.

Beautiful accommodation, easy to reach very large rooms with their own bathroom, host Ana, super available. The very quiet area is perfect for spending time with friends, the sauna is great for relaxing.

we were thoroughly enthusiastic about the shore cottage, the location was absolutely perfect, and the highlight was the proximity to the river Gail. would come back right away 🤗

We stayed at the accommodation with 8 people. The house is very nice. Sauna and jacuzzi are very nice to see in the photos. The houses are a bit out of the way. To reach the ski lift and the supermarket you need a car. It was also convenient that you can get buns delivered. An additional 15€ per person will be charged for the bed linen and towels. We couldn't see this from the advertisement. Everything was clean and modern.

We were a group of 9 people and were all totally thrilled with the place. We've never experienced such a well-equipped Airbnb. We actually lacked nothing. Check in also worked smoothly The place is highly recommended! :-)

Staying in this house was just amazing. It's actually much nicer than the pictures. The large windows in particular make the stay so special – whether at breakfast overlooking the countryside or in the evening snuggled up on the couch in front of the fireplace. The house is superbly equipped – not only with all the kitchen utensils and machines you need, but also with many practical things such as salt, oil, pepper, dishwasher tabs or washing powder and much more. This makes the stay pleasantly uncomplicated. The communication with Jaap was always warm, quick and very attentive. You can tell that it's really important to him that his guests feel comfortable – thanks for that. A special extra: The pool is currently being completely redone. If you arrive in the summer, you can look forward to a brand new, beautiful pool. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back.

Maria and Michael are very friendly hosts. We felt very comfortable in the exceptional tiny house with pellet stove. We also had fun playing darts in the garden house and at the recommended excursion destinations.

We would have given 5 stars to everything if it weren't for a number of small details: from the photos it was not clear that it was a single room, that is, a studio apartment. There are no shutters on the windows, only light curtains, so light comes in in the morning. It may bother someone, so it's best to let them know. The fridge is noisy. During the night, when the car is started, you'll notice if you're a light sleeper. Other than that, everything is great. Quiet area. Garden with barbecue and parking space. The apartment is super equipped, very comfortable bed and sofa bed and we also had a gift from the host. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely come back. Thanks Borut!

We were there 1 week. Everything was a perfect fit and Gregor is a very good and nice host.

We stayed in this home as a family for a week. It is a large, rustic house with many bedrooms and cozy flair thanks to the wood-burning stove. Well-equipped kitchen for cooking for many people. The living area has a small couch for 2-3 people, so as a large group you are more likely to linger at the dining table. For children, the farm is an absolute dream, as there is a lot to discover, an old barn with hay bales, cats, chickens and a former cowshed. There are many hiking trails in the area, and there is a forest right next door. Highly recommended accommodation for families with children seeking tranquility and relaxation.

We spent a wonderful 6 days here celebrating Christmas with three generations of the family. The house surpassed our expectations. Every room is spacious, cosy and flooded with light and fabulous views.

Above all, we loved the garden, the great kitchen and the large bathroom and it helped us have a nice vacation. Communication with the hosts was always quick, friendly and helpful. This house has Amazing location very close to Nassfeld skiing resort and breathtaking views from the outside terrace and balcony - just what you need to switch off and relax. Also great that here is a sauna right inside as we love it. We had the whole house to ourselves as we were group of 10 and enjoyed spending time in the common room playing ping pong/ darts/ football and kids loved it too. Overall house is very clean and cosy and advantage is as well that it has many bathrooms. Florian is very friendly and welcoming host and we had a great time!

Very friendly host, nice, clean and spacious neighborhood with garden. Very quiet environment, ideal for children and dogs! We were greeted with homemade cake. Questions and problems were answered and resolved promptly. Overall, we had a wonderful ski week! Thanks!

Accommodation as described, friendly hosts and great starting point for excursions

Spacious, clean and cozy house with a magnificent view from windows and with everything you need for the perfect stay! There are several groceries nearby. It will take you just a couple of minutes by car to get to beaches on the lake. The communication with hosts was excellent! I would highly recommend this place!

The best host of Airbnb that we ever met: warm and friendly. The house is like a castle, it's very peculiar and set in a quiet place; you are literally surrounded by nature and we were lucky enough to see the stars were well at night It doesn't take much by car if you want to visit the Kaerten lakes from there, and cities like Spittal and Lienz. Marcus's place is in a beautiful location which is peaceful, although quite remote it is still within 30 minutes of some fabulous places to enjoy the lake etc. It was clean with fresh linen and towels. Thank you for all your help whilst we stayed with you.

Great house in a quiet area, with spacious and comfortable stays...we felt right at home... superb reception from Christa who had the detail of approaching us by car from the train station to house and take us to the station on the day of departure. Full house, with everything you need to spend the time you want there. Repeat for sure
