Was a nice and clean apartment, unfortunately the wifi didn't work on the first night. Otherwise, everything was more than ok

We really enjoyed our vacation at this place! The two houses that we rented with our group of 10 offered enough space for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped and offered everything we needed for our self-catering. We were able to prepare meals together without any problems and the selection of cooking options was sufficient. The highlight of our stay was the hot tubs, which were cleaned daily and thus always offered a clean and pleasant experience. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and the place is definitely recommended.

We were a group of 9 people and were all totally thrilled with the place. We've never experienced such a well-equipped Airbnb. We actually lacked nothing. Check-in also worked smoothly. The place is highly recommended! :-)

Staying in this house was just amazing. It's actually much nicer than the pictures. The large windows in particular make the stay so special – whether at breakfast overlooking the countryside or in the evening snuggled up on the couch in front of the fireplace. The house is superbly equipped – not only with all the kitchen utensils and machines you need, but also with many practical things such as salt, oil, pepper, dishwasher tabs or washing powder and much more. This makes the stay pleasantly uncomplicated. The communication with Jaap was always warm, quick and very attentive. You can tell that it's really important to him that his guests feel comfortable – thanks for that. A special extra: The pool is currently being completely redone. If you arrive in the summer, you can look forward to a brand new, beautiful pool. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back.

Maria and Michael are very friendly hosts. We felt very comfortable in the exceptional tiny house with pellet stove. We also had fun playing darts in the garden house and at the recommended excursion destinations.

Everything was great, the hosts are super nice and helpful, check-in was very easy and completely flexible in time. For our needs, a top environment. We had a great stay and can recommend the place. Thank you!!

Together with my father, I stayed at Bernadett's house for a week. The house exceeded our expectations enormously. A beautiful house in a top location. The welcome was very warm. The supermarket and several restaurants are in walking distance. The nature reserve was also close by car. All in all very satisfied!

A sterile clean apartment. It met our expectations of rest during the trip.

We were very pleased with the beautiful fisherman's cottage. It was sparkling clean, beautiful and modern and just as pictured. Everything was available, the kitchen perfectly equipped. Breakfast on the terrace with the many birds chirping and under the umbrella was always a dream. We gladly used Sabine's tips (especially the Annenhof for eating and hiking the great Tscheppaschlucht). It's close to shopping. Ingrid was very friendly as a contact person on site and was always ready to help. The area is a dream, we rode a lot of bikes (right at the house a perfect bike path passes by), were swimming in the beautiful lakes or shopping in Klagenfurt. We will be happy to come back.

Really spacoius home and perfect for kids as well. Very good running courses and where to do uphill runnings 😆! Home is clean and everything You need- for cooking, washing clothes , or books to read - ✅ Prefer and hope its not our last time!😍

Wowww wow wow wow wow wow It felt like coming home. Never before did we go back to the same location for a vacation, but last year we liked it so much. This year is exactly the same. We want to come back next year. What peace and space in all simplicity and yet there is nothing missing in the house! Perfect match for us and our dogs. The contact with Anita goes perfectly before, during, and after our vacation, she is almost immediately ready to answer our questions. The cottage is incredibly clean and tidy. A gem in the mountains.

The accommodation is really fantastically beautiful, especially the view of the mountains and forests was simply magical through the huge window front in the living area. The bathroom cabins integrated in the rooms were also super practical for eight people, so that everyone had their own shower, sink and toilet. Also, that dogs are allowed, made us very happy – so we could take our four-legged friend with us without any problems. Beautiful hikes in nature start directly from the front door, so you hardly need the car except for shopping. And if the weather doesn't cooperate, you can simply stay indoors: the cozy atmosphere, the sauna, and the hot tub (without bubbles) ensure perfect relaxation after a long day outside. Overall a completely successful stay – we would come back any time!

The apartment is super beautiful and is located in a great environment. There are many excursion destinations, from the apartment you can start beautiful hikes. From the balcony, you have beautiful views directly of the Karawanken. All in all perfect, we will be happy to come back. 😊

Great accommodation in the middle of Klagenfurt. You really have to appreciate it. Looking forward to next time.

We spent a month of parental leave here for two with our 8 month old daughter and two dogs. Annelies looked after us on site and was always super friendly, accommodating and accessible at any time. The property is completely fenced, the terrace can be locked individually. The kitchen has everything you need and for babies there is a crib and now also a high chair available.

The stay was fully in line with our expectations. The cottage was waiting for us perfectly prepared, and the host left us a local snack, which was very nice. The contact with the host was exemplary, we were left with all the necessary instructions. The area is beautiful and the view from the terrace is amazing! I definitely recommend it! :)

We've really been to a lot of Air BnBs, but the slanting house surpassed everything. The kitchen furnishings leave nothing to be desired, there are a large number of board games (the air hockey was really fun) and books and everything is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Tresdorf is a great starting point for hikes and other activities (recommended here, among other things, the herbal hike of Hana Lerchbaumer). We had a great time with our dog Toni (even feeding bowls and a mobile fence available), who felt very welcome. If you are looking for peace and comfort, you will find both. the women's room is very special, a place to arrive and easy to be. The surroundings are so beautiful and quiet, a direct view of the mountains, Lake Wörthersee and a cow pasture. You feel right at home in the room and I enjoyed spending time in this little heaven on earth. Ingrid is an incredibly warm, caring and open person. I really felt completely cared for. My personal highlight: a warm outdoor shower overlooking mountains, lake and cows! Gorgeous. and my recommendation for hot days: the three lakes hiking route is just the right thing to do. Will definitely be back again!

We had an absolutely perfect stay! Everything was beyond expectations – from cleanliness, comfort and facilities, to the hospitality of the hosts. The location is superb, ideal for relaxation and disconnection. It can be seen that he has put his soul into every detail. I highly recommend this accommodation! I will definitely comeback again!

Everything was great A recommendation for Villach. The hosts were very accommodating - also with regard to the additional amenities for our baby. Should we need accommodation in Villach in the future, we will be happy to come back.

We were greeted in a very friendly and warm manner and provided with good tips. The host is super helpful! There is a free swimming area nearby, which is great. In the accommodation you have great views with mountain panoramic views. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need.

The house is wonderfully quiet and was exactly what we were hoping for – if not more! Especially the direct lake access with the SUPs was a real highlight. The house itself is spacious, very clean and cozy – you immediately feel at home. Norbert was a great host: helpful, friendly and always responded quickly.
