Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Flughafen und Stadtzentrum. Sie hat eine sehr gute Lage. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Manchmal vermiete ich noch weitere Zimmer im Haus. Es gibt einen sonnigen Garten und es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. In der Nähe (300m) gibt es einen Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei und ein paar Geschäfte. Ein Fahrrad kann für 10€/Tag gemietet werden. Damit bewegt man sich sehr einfach und praktisch in Klagenfurt und braucht ins Zentrum ca 5-10min und zum See ca 15min.

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit offenen Wohn-Küchenbereich einer überdachte Terrasse mit kleinen Blumengarten, es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer, eines mit einen großen Boxspring Doppelbett, eines mit einen kleineren Doppelbett. Vor der Haustüre gibt’s 2 Parkplätz

The architects' terraced house was built in 2021 and offers living space on 3 floors with a terrace and garden in front in the immediate vicinity of the lake. The living room as well as the kitchen and a bathroom are located on the first floor. The bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs. The attic gives access to the roof terrace overlooking the mountains. The basement includes a spacious playroom and gym! The low-energy house is always cool and does not require air conditioning.

My accommodation is close to the airport and city center. The location is very convenient! Free parking in front of the door! The house is located in a quiet residential area. Nearby (300m) there is a supermarket, a bakery and a few shops. A bike can be rented for € 10 / day. By bike it will take you around 5-10min to the city center and to the the lake it will take you about 15min
