It is very stylishly and lovingly furnished, and we want considerate guests who appreciate exactly that, who are non-smokers and not looking for a party location. The attic gives access to the roof terrace overlooking the mountains. The basement includes a spacious playroom and gym! The low-energy house is always cool and does not require air conditioning.

Nearby (300m) there is a supermarket, a bakery and a few shops. A bike can be rented for € 10 / day. By bike it will take you around 5-10min to the city center and to the the lake it will take you about 15min
