House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

The house on the lake, my personal life's dream. But too big to use it alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountains, directly on the lake in the middle of forests. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to barbecue/fire places, sauna, our own jetty, bean bags and garden swings, rowboat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything...so it's more fun for all of us. A special place!

Unser gemütliches altes Ferienhaus liegt, auf einem Felsen gebaut, direkt am Ufer des Hirzmannstausees. Es ist eines der wenigen Häuser im Tal- im Sommer lebhaft unter Tags und ruhig in der Nacht- ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen (z.B. Weststeirischer Jakobsweg) oder Aktivitäten in Graz oder Köflach. In unmittelbarer Nähe zur ThermeNova und zum Gestüt Piber gelegen, ist es nur eine Autostunde entfernt vom Red Bull Ring . Oder einfach Dein Platz zum Ausspannen mit eigenem Badesteg.

Nice and quiet guesthouse located on the top of the mountain with beautiful sunsets and the view of the lake in the distance. We are at the end of a 2km private road that brings you up the mountain and in to the property. The property consists of 3 buildings; the owners house, the farm and of course our Secret Mountain Guesthouse. We have 11 rooms for rent all with their recently renovated private bathrooms and most of them with a private kitchen. Great hikes and bike rides all around.

The holiday apartment for up to 6 people is located in the estate castle, which is in the Lavanttal between Bad St. Leonhard and Reichenfels. It still offers more than enough space for daily use. Parking is available in our shady parking lot right in front of the house.

Modern and close to nature with stunning lake views and 300 meters from the lake. In the summer of 2018, the comfortably furnished apartment was completed. It is a separate residential unit within our house. Children are welcome, pets and smokers are not – smoking is possible on the 11 m² terrace. The bright apartment is on the ground floor and suitable for 2 people.
