The apartment has direct access to the slopes. Enjoy the breathtaking views from the garden. In the hotel next door, the wellness area can be used for €25. Accessible by car via the toll road with a vignette from me or by gondola.

There is a separate area with its own bathing jetty, only for guests of the apartment house. The other area is shared with hotel guests. The village centre with localities and shops is only a few metres away.
