One of the best and most beautiful accommodations I / we have had. The location was right. The place is “private”. You can walk well to restaurants, shops, ... The amenities in the villa are top, clean and well maintained. You feel very comfortable. Private lake access is about 2 minutes away on foot. Beautiful, well-kept jetty including loungers, SUPs and a tretto boat. The communication was very good. It responds quickly if you have a concern, it will also be processed promptly. Clear recommendation from all of us:)

Beautiful, well-kept, spacious and well-equipped apartment with large covered terrace overlooking the large garden, the promenade and the lake. In high summer pleasantly cool, as the lower ground floor. It doesn't even take a minute to the beach from the adjacent Hotel Birkenhof, which I was able to use for free. It's just a few minutes walk to the center, where there are some very good restaurants. Would book again anytime!

Beautiful house with a gorgeous terrace. Top notch guest service. Ps: the exit to the beach is a walking distance from the villa and quite small, other than that I highly recommend it.

Very nice apartment on the ground floor, exactly as described! We are a family of 4 and had plenty of space! The only drawback for the summer, there is NO air conditioning! Otherwise everything is great

I had a fantastic stay in the beautiful penthouse! The light follows the windows all day, the high ceilings and the view of the lake are an absolute highlight. The couch corner is excellent for relaxing and also the rest of the furnishings including bathroom are modern and clean. I definitely want to come back, thank you!!! <3
