The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.

We rent our Cozy Lake Cottage for all nature lovers with 85 m² of living space and 300 m² of private lake area just for you. Our property has a park and forest area with about 65,000 m². Sports lovers have the opportunity to jog, swim, take walks or simply enjoy the tranquility. The house has a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom also has a sofa bed) for a total of 4 to 6 people, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom.
