Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. A cozy cottage a little away from our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100m above sea level. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in the beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. There are currently great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping facilities are available in the town of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the town of Hirschegg.

For your sole use, we offer our around 200 years old, core renovated cabin. Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
