Incredible place in beauty, mountain air, mountain river. Very convenient conditions for a comfortable stay. Not far from skiing. For 9 days we took 3 ski resorts, Bad Kleinkirkhheim - St. Oswald and Dobratsch - Villach. The friendly host Giancarlo will provide detailed instructions for the stay during the correspondence. Thank you Mrs. Elizabeth, who told us about the local attractions (sociable, friendly, cheerful), we are very grateful to her for the time she gave us, drove and escorted us to our colleague station to Filah for a trip to Venice (thank you very much). It is very convenient that you can check into the house on our own, since we were driving from Moscow, the host Giancarlo, prepared everything for our arrival at any time and told us where the keys to the house would be. Thank you for a good rest.

It went very well, Martina is a great and very pleasant host who advised me for my stay in Salzburg. She knows the city very well. The house is very nice and peaceful, everything is tidy and very clean and there is a lot of mutual respect. I wanted to stay there for weeks.

We had a wonderful time with our two small children in this spacious house. The bathroom and kitchen are small, but very neat and equipped with all the comforts. Spacious living room and sunny balcony. We were there in summer and could go all the way from here by car: Bludenz, the Brandertal and Montafon. There is a cheese farm within walking distance but for other restaurants you have to use the car or bike. Multiple large and small walks possible from the house. By chance we met Christoph and his wife when we arrived: very friendly people who took the time to give us a tour. Thank you for a good time and maybe see you soon!

The house is perfectly located for excursions to the bike park (5 min by bike) and for hikes of all kinds. In addition, it is very quiet in nature at the end of a row. The bathroom and kitchen have been modernized and have everything you need. The bedrooms are functionally furnished. Communication with Christoph was straightforward and friendly. We will be happy to come back.

The house offers a larger group everything you need for a ski holiday. The living rooms/bedrooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable, in the kitchen you can sit together and eat together, the living room offers enough space and comfortable sofas to make a cozy TV evening. The Ötztalbäckerei bun service is perfect, which is only a few minutes' walk away (if you prefer to get rolls yourself, you can too;-). Opposite the bakery is the Hotel Bergwelt, where you can eat delicious and well at fair prices (is definitely recommended). Perfect also the bus stop from ski bus 44, which is less than 5 min walk away. In about 25-30 minutes, you will be at the Gigijoch. For those not skiers, you can also start various hikes/walks from the house. The seating in front of the house is also very convenient, where you can sit wonderfully in the sun in good weather. The house is also very quiet.

Great place, very nice cottage, fantastic view, the private access to the lake is perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much, slept great and recovered well and will be back next year. It's all there, as described. Nothing is missing. And the surroundings are wonderful, great nature, beautiful excursion possibilities, quiet hikes and the water in the lake is wonderful, visually and qualitatively. The contact with Rico was very straightforward and super nice.

For us, the place was optimal. The kitchen was well equipped, the bus stop to Villach is right outside the front door and the small garden is wonderfully suitable for relaxing. Anna, our hostess, was very kind and helpful and always responded quickly to our inquiries and easily organized the experience card for Villach for us. Overall, the place is highly recommended.

Good location. Good communication. Close to buses and walking to downtown area. Would recommend.

Ideal for those who have to do some training or work at the airport (in my case Lufthansa Aviation Training). The house has equipment and facilities for the stay, a nearby train station as well as a small supermarket and some restaurants. Uber is expensive for short distances, but the fact that the accommodation has bicycles helped a lot.

Excellent summer stay in Ingo's beautiful house. Very clean and well maintained house, very comfortable, very well equipped, including the kitchen. Very nice view of Achenkirch and the surrounding mountains, little opposite. Close to hiking departures and located about twenty minutes walk from the lake and village. Ingo's place is extremely quiet. Ingo was a perfect host: friendly, responsive and very available via messaging, before and during the stay. He has prepared a short guide, available in the house, with all the necessary information about the house, accessible activities around Achensee, restaurants, etc. A perfect experience!

Clean apartment, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of space and beds. Perfect accommodation for a ski holiday for 9 people :)

The house was amazing, nicely decorated and very clean. The view and surroundings are stunning. The distance is about 20 minutes from Salzburg but we were with a car and we knew it in advance. The kitchen was fully equipped and large. Everything was perfect and highly recommended!!

We went for a trip with our dogs, nice comunication, pet friendly and a clean app. The Tv was abit weird, no tv programms only Youtube but we managed

Very pleasant stay, fantastic surroundings and views from the balcony. Plenty of space for 2 families of 4 with pets. Atmosphere and coziness trump card! Everything was clean and tidy. A few minutes drive from the slopes, so ideal!

The place was very friendly and super cozy. The kitchen has all the amenities you can think of. In just a 10-minute walk you are from the Zebtrum dürnsteins, so also a great location. Hubert and Martina were great hosts and always available for any questions. Definitely recommend!

The apartment offered plenty of space, four of us were able to use 3 sleeping options (one double bed and 2 sofa beds). Linen, towels, dishtowels,soap etc was available. The equipment of the kitchen was perfect, you can also cook for several people without any problems. The garden was beautifully landscaped, we had breakfast outside every morning. There is a roof terrace, which was too hot during our stay but a nice place to stay late at night. The apartment was furnished to a high standard without much frills. You can get to the city in about 40 minutes by public transport. There are not too many shopping opportunities within walking distance. We found the place extremely clean and well maintained. Communication with the host/co-host was perfect and all our questions were answered easily and quickly. If we go to Vienna again, we would definitely book the accommodation again👍😊

We found the house well and also immediately the key stored. There was a garage and everything you needed in the house. The house is very big, like a normal detached house. It is a little outside and is nice and quiet. Lake Attersee is very fast and the other lakes are also easily accessible.

The living accommodation was vast, clean and in a good neighbourhood. The Werner’s were very pleasant people

A beautiful house right next to the stunning lake! We stayed for the Iron Man event and rented a car to do the 10 minute drive into Klagenfurt. We loved being a little further out of town by the stunning surroundings.
