We enjoyed our time at strawberry beach. The house feels like a cosy cottage, Monica is very friendly and helpfull and the surroundings are beautiful.

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

even though we only spent one night at Silvia's, we can say that the apartment is nice and comfortable, the two rooms are spacious, ideal for those who want to stay in 4, comfortable beds. There were 6 of us and even the sofa bed is comfortable; the large room so there are no space problems even when it is open. The double bathroom is comfortable when there are many. It is in a quiet area. The apartment was tidy and clean. Friendly and welcoming host; we had a commitment nearby and she was very kind to welcome us at the time that was most convenient for us. We also recommend it for summer getaways, if next year we are in the area again it will be the first one we will contact!

We spent a wonderful week in Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. You enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains from the garden and can also take a beautiful hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her house. We could always ask them if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. For this, we enjoyed the fireplace very much. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love tranquility and seclusion, the house is ideal

If I could give more than five stars, I would! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. Miriam and Roberto considered every detail—from the super comfy beds to the warm welcome. It's perfectly located near the central station, making it easy to catch trains to Cinque Terre. Miriam communicated promptly and warmly, offering helpful local tips. It’s clear they truly care about their guests' experience. Despite our early morning checkout, they came to see us off and even drove our heavy bags to the station—such a kind gesture! Their hospitality made us feel like we were visiting friends. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone heading to the Cinque Terre region. Thank you, Miriam and Roberto, for making our visit so memorable!

We had a lovely stay at Daniella's apartment! It was comfortable, well-equipped and in the heart of the city center while being within walking distance from the train station. Great for visiting La Spezia and Cinque Terre!

It was a great stay! Close to the train station, also close to supermarkets Davide always attentive to all our needs and questions. The apartment is as shown in the pictures, very comfortable and clean. I recommend it.

A perfect location to explore the local area. well equipped with everything you may need. Nearest Carrefour is 10 mins walk. Some steps are avoidable by wheeling up the road from train station. Lots of toys and games for young children and some English books to for both adults and children. Good selection of oil and seasoning and water with some toiletries for the first night. Communication was good when there was an issue with check in and help was provided. Very quiet area away. Lovely private outdoor space. Thank you

Daniela is just thoughtful and perfect as a host. She was very nice and always available to us, even going beyond her prerogatives by offering us additional services for our daughter who sprained her ankle during our vacation. You can tell she loves what she does and she does it perfectly. The accommodation is perfect and what about the location: only a 10-minute walk to the train station or airport. The city center is a little far on foot but it's very doable when you're on vacation (about 30 minutes). Despite the location close to the airport, the accommodation is quiet at night. We really enjoyed our stay, like most places nothing is perfect but the house was nice. Private parking was perfect, and Bruno who meet us at the house was really nice in explaining the features of the house and parking. We were expecting nice views of the bay but unfortunately it was all blocked by huge shipping containers that didn’t allow us to see any of the water - but that is not host fault. Be advised the showers in both bathrooms are Extremely TINY. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was easy to get to the towns of Cinque Terre from there (about 30 min walk to train or 4 minute drive to park under the train station) . Thank you for allowing us to use your home!

We loved our stay here. We bought the 2 day pass for unlimited train and Cinque Terre. It took us 10 minutes to walk to train station. Giulia gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful. She gave us a lot of information as to how to get around and what to do around LA Spezia. We highly recommend this property. We were very comfortable here. thankyou Gilia

Antonio's apartment is in a very convenient location, it is well furnished and cozy, more beautiful live than in the photos. Antonio was available and accurate. Absolutely recommended.

The stay at the apartment was simply perfect, super equipped with any comfort that can be useful to make the guest feel at home, impeccable cleanliness and Nicoletta always available, precise in communications and super kind in having us find, upon our arrival, welcome gifts both for us adults (Chianti wine with two glasses!!) and for our little ones. definitely in the future if we decide to return to the Viareggio area, we will know where to go!! super recommended apartment and host!!!

We had a great stay at Adriana’s place! It is within easy walking distance from the train station, and is in a safe area. I did feel a bit uneasy walking later at night, but we had no problems at all. The apartment is larger than we had anticipated, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom was well appointed (nice towels, great water pressure, etc.). Adriana met us at the door, and showed us around, and clearly communicated the expectations for our stay, as well as throughout our stay if we had questions. There is a grocery store a few steps away, and a great bar for cappuccino in the morning. We really appreciated the recommendations she made, especially her suggestion to visit Portovenere. We were delighted to stay in this lovely apartment!

This place was beyond our expectations. The location couldn’t have been more perfect in this little town by the sea. You are so close to everything. The place was exactly as described. It is small but very charming. The patio is where we spent most of our time overlooking the harbor…it is so peaceful and beautiful. Our host was so responsive to our every question and helpful with suggestions on activities and restaurants. Even helped us with certain hikes to take. You won’t be disappointed staying here. I hope to be able to come back someday soon.
