The accommodation is within walking distance of the sea in the heart of the Viareggio promenade. Consisting of a double bedroom, a kitchenette, a living room, and a bathroom with a shower. It is on the second floor of a house without an elevator. The accommodation is equipped with wifi and smart TV. On the fourth floor, you will find a large common terrace overlooking the sea, with a relaxation area and tables for outdoor lunches and dinners. The laundry area, shared with other guests, is also on the 4th floor.

It is close to the station in Piazza del Mercato, the beating heart of Viareggio, a few meters from the sea and surrounded by the best restaurants and pastry shops. Perfect place to fully enjoy the Viareggio carnival by walking comfortably 200 meters away is the beautiful pine forest. 200 meters from the promenade and beaches 100 meters from the port of Viareggio 50 meters to the supermarket, 300 meters to the station.

A stone's throw from the beach and the historic center of Viareggio, "Casa Vacanze Paolina" is a typical Viareggina house recently renovated . The one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor and is perfect for 2 or 4 people. For those who need to park their car, you can buy a pass to leave the car in the blue spaces near the house for the time of your stay.
