Everything was absolutely perfect! ⭐️ Location: Ideal base for exploring Tuscany — you’re right in the heart of it all. Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely stunning bijou property. Breathtaking views (almost feel you are in the sea) - you are so close to it. The terrace garden was perfect for watching the sun go down. There is an abundance of shrubbery around the edges with the beautiful scent of jasmine everywhere. The property was spotlessly clean equipped with everything we needed. Exceptionally welcoming and friendly host(s). Cristine and her husband were so proactive in assisting with getting to the property from the car park. Overall 11 out of 10.

Ilaria's home and garden make you feel like you are "Sitting on Top of the World". Like in the Walter Vinson and Lonnie Chatmon song. Time flew in Perpoli, like the swallows in the clear blue sky that embraced the mighty mountains at the horizon. The house is intimate, like the village whereas the garden is a never ending story. Ilaria is a super friendly host who was easy to communicate with and (together with her father's art) has given this place a piece of magic. No doubt we would love to come back

Everything went very well, Lola welcomed and accompanied us, the contact went very well. The village is beautiful and the location of the apartment by the water is very relaxing. The small terrace overlooking the sea was very nice. We hope to be back very soon.

Beautifully located in nature, accommodation in the mountains far away from the hustle and bustle. Super clean and very well-equipped place. Fantastically beautiful garden and great pool. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

This villa was something out of a dream. Stefania was so lovely and wonderful with recommendations and booking us a rez at a fantastic local gem of a restaurant. The views were incredible and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The villa itself was cozy and inviting. The outside seating area was well used by us for nightcaps, dinner and conversations about falling in love with Tuscany and all it's amazing nooks and crannies. We wanted a picturesque and home-like central base for our 10 day adventure in Italy and we're delighted with the accommodations that really was like something out of a movie. Lucca was only a short drive away and offered the best grocery store-Esselunga! Thank you Stefania for your warm generosity, kindness and suggestions. This was a birthday trip that we will never forget and cemented our longing to return soon!

We had the most wonderful stay at Olga’s place. We had 6 adults and two children and there was still plenty of space. The house was beautifully appointed and the outdoor space with the view was the perfect place to relax.

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!

We had a wonderful stay at Fransesca! It is a beautiful location, ideal to relax and unwind. Fransesca is very friendly and is very helpful. We got to taste the delicious honey. We definitely recommend this stay!

We had an amazing time at Lisa’s home. The setting is just beautiful and you can’t help but be wowed. With the firefly’s adding that bit of magic at night. The house is a master piece of how to renovate and is full of original features. The furnishings, decor and ornamental pieces are a delight. There are two great outdoor covered areas that we found the ideal places to eat and relax. We were lucky we had gorgeous sunshine but if you don’t the inside living area is just as comfy. Lisa’s family are all lovely and helped to make our stay so perfect. A perfect week!

Among all the houses I've visited, even larger houses, this one made me feel like I was at home, I will definitely come back, even my wife, my son and my parents were very happy with everything.

Federica graciously accommodated our last minute booking. Her home is a short walk from the train station and also to the beach, which was ideal for us. Her home was charming and our apartment was comfortable with everything we needed. Frederica is a wonderful host, she even dropped my daughters off at an event 1 evening. We really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment in was very spacious and we really liked it! On one side, there’s a beautiful sea view — you just go downstairs and you're right on the beach. On the other side, it overlooks the main pedestrian street, full of cafés, restaurants, and bars. Public parking was also available nearby at a very reasonable cost. We enjoyed our stay, the kids loved it too, and we would definitely love to stay here again!

Everything is great, pleasant the way to go to the sea through a magnificent pine forest. Overall highly recommended, the apartment is really very nice, spacious and comfortable, there is also free parking for the car within walking distance. Congratulations to Alessandra, excellent management.

Gaia's house is charming. It is lovingly furnished, as shown in the pictures. The location is very good: you are 2 minutes from the beach and can visit many cities nearby. (Pisa 30 min, Florence 90 min) Gaia always responded quickly and greeted us with treats. We were able to check out flexibly. You can hear the noise of the main road very much. Unfortunately, we could not use the outdoor area because there were too many mosquitoes.

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. It is clean, has everything you need, convenient location. The hostess is polite and very positive. When checking in, she met us halfway and allowed us to check in a little earlier. Linen, dishes, cleanliness in the apartment - at the highest level. We will definitely come again and recommend it to everyone.

Very nice and clean apartment. We went for Viareggio's carnival. Very convenient to walk (about 15’ for the dock and 30’ for the carnival). Very kind hosts. Comfortable beds, everything was perfect ❣️ Thank you Paolo and family
