La casa si trova al terzo piano (servito con ascensore) con ampio e luminoso salone, due camere grandi, un bagno e una cucina con balcone. Nel punto piu' centrale e super servito , dove eleganza,panorama e caratteristiche della citta' si fondono. Siamo nella zona suggestiva davanti al porto degli yacht, vicinissimi alla spiaggia che e' a circa 50 mt, Importante: prezzo senza sorprese con pulizia e tasse locali incluse. L'Ospite paga, quindi, in piu', solo la commissione al portale.

Fino agli anni sessanta del secolo scorso, la piazza era sede del mercato ortofrutticolo all'ingrosso ed era considerato un quartiere molto povero.
