Sara and Brian are truly amazing hosts—proactive, kind, and fascinating to talk to. Their home is enchanting, like stepping into a real fairytale. You can feel how much love and care they’ve poured into every detail. It’s one of the most spectacular places we’ve ever stayed in! Not only is the house and the garden magical, but it’s also so practical and thoughtfully equipped, providing everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable. The gym was fantastic, and the house had plenty of space for two families. Even with 2 adults and 4 “monkeys” (our energetic kids), there was room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and celebrating New Year’s Eve with fireworks lighting up the entire region was an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Sara and Brian, for sharing your incredible home with us. We can’t wait to return!!!

Like last year, I stayed here with my friends for the lucca comics, a super choice due to the peacefulness of the area and the spaciousness of the house

I booked this house with two friends for Halloween and the comics. Although maybe the cottage is more suitable for romantic couples, we had a great time, beautiful and tidy house, spectacular place, kind and nice. Highly recommended, then there's the barbecue, which is no small thing :)

Our stay at Giacomo's was very nice. We were a group of 6 and had good space in and around the house. The kitchen had everything relevant, the beds are comfortable and the garden is mega large and beautiful. Giacomo and his parents are very nice people, we even received a cake which was very very tasty. Giacomo also gave us tips for the area and accommodated our needs. We thank Giacomo and his parents for the lovely stay!

Lovely place and host !

Very nice place with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen and especially outdoor kitchen were well equipped to easily cook nice dinners for a bigger group. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and the bathrooms looked completely renovated. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. Very welcoming people that know the answer to all your questions about the area. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Zivile & Dante’s house! They were very thoughtful and kind hosts, making us feel right at home. Their creativity shined through every part of their home and property. We enjoyed a delicious vegan meal our first night as well as coffee and pastries in the morning (both for additional charge). The home is not in Camporgiano as we initially thought, but was just a quick 7 minute drive to it. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Leonard and his wife were very kind and welcoming, beginning to end. They were very responsive to our contacts with them and proactive in ensuring we were comfortable and had all we needed. They kindly invited us to join them and the wider family at a homemade pizza party in the garden one evening and later even brought us unexpected sweet treats. The property and it's garden estate were beautiful. We had gorgeous views from 3 sides of our apartment , mountains one way, across the valley another, and over the large garden on the 3rd side. All of the outlooks beautiful. It would be perfectly possible to use taxis and trains to get around the general area though having our own car there was very convenient for shopping and travelling as some attractions and facilities are several miles away. I feel our trip would have been less rich without a car. I'd describe the apartment as comfortable if rustic, but we had all we needed whether cooker, fridge, micro, washing machine etc.

We really like the place! It is very convenient if you travel by car and you have dog. Apartment was super clean and had everything necessary. Bonus points - extremely comfortable mattress and pillows, you don’t get these often in airbnb. Internet quality was okayish from the laptop, but somehow very bad from our phones. Hosts are very nice! Plus Lucca is very interesting city to explore, true Tuscanian vibe, not so many tourists

Stefania was very kind and super helpful. We had an issue with a bike and they replaced it right away. Everything was perfect, apartment tidy and clean, not really central but easily accessible by bicycles. Highly recommend!

Fabio is super helpful in communications before arriving and Alessandro is super kind once you arrive: in short :') We were five adults and we had a great time! Comfortable beds, clean linens, everything you need in the kitchen and laundry, clean and spacious bathrooms... they were thoughtful so we could also find beach umbrellas! To make everything even more pleasant and relaxing there was the veranda with the beautiful view of the mountains. The location was strategic: 5 minutes to the very well-stocked supermarket in the village of Camaiore, about fifteen minutes from the beautiful seafront of Viareggio and a short distance from other cities such as Lucca. Alessandro is really friendly and kind, very helpful and timely in helping us even with the smallest problems. We highly recommend and can't wait to come back :)

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. It was a little piece of heaven. The home was everything we could hope for. We would absolutely return on another vacation and will highly recommend it to others. Our hosts were lovely and helpful and we are so grateful to them for sharing their home with us.

Loredana was an incredible host. There were 16 of us celebrating my birthday. She was super accommodating and kind. The villa is an oasis! It looks so much better in real life than in the photographs. We will be coming back! Thank you Loredana and Alessandro ☺️

Pool overlooking the mountains was fantastic. If you're looking for peace, you'll love the place. Away from mass tourism but still many opportunities to do something. The sea can also be reached in 50 minutes. Once, on the recommendation of Giovanni, we took a nice boat tour from La Spezia to Cinque Terre. Kitchen was superbly equipped.

Isabella's AirBnB is really beautiful, the view is a dream. We felt really comfortable here. Isabella and co. were accommodating, very friendly and helpful in all matters. Glad to come back!

We had a very nice vacation at Claudia's place. The house and pool are actually much nicer than the pictures show. There is enough space and the garden and pool are opaque. There is a dog who screams something in the evening, which has rather led to amusement with us. We will be happy to come back!

We have fallen in love with Tuscany, thanks to Klaus's place and Francesco, the friend of his down the road who looks after guests and house. Everybody so kind, beautiful countryside, delicious food, and stunning Lucca not far. We were 4 couples, 3 stayed at Klaus's place the other two at Francesco's Antica Pergola, 200m away. This was ideal. We spent a lot of time in the large house with the big kitchen, garden and pool, or left together to explore Tuscany. What a lovely time we had!

The place is really a dream! We had a lovely, relaxing time with Deborah. The pool and location are great and Deborah gives great recommendations, is totally warm and you feel right at home. And we liked it so much that we want to come back!

We only stayed 3 days and unfortunately we met bad weather, but this did not stop us from taking advantage of the immense garden that with two small children was the salvation🙂 The house offers many spaces (we were two families) leaving way to have the right tranquility and privacy as needed. Alessandro was very helpful and kind and his mother, whom we met before leaving, is a very nice and friendly lady.

The perfect place to stay in Tuscany, beautiful home and gardens. We loved the views and the amazing swimming pool. The house had loads of character and was very homely and comfortable. Loved the location, not too far from Lucca and only 30 mins from Pisa airport. Andrea was a very friendly and helpful host too. Wonderful stay - thank you!

We loved the AirB&B, Raphael responded promptly to all our questions, and Laura, the manager was GREAT upon our arrival, and even when we contacted her, she was always VERY PLEASANT and genuinely helpful.
