Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Province of Lucca

Gina was a great host. Always attention in the morning at breakfast (which is optional but I highly recommend taking it as it is amazing😍😍) , recommendations for things to discover or great places to eat. The place is great, we have a parking space, close to many points of interest. We came with our two chihuahuas who could enjoy the beautiful garden with olive trees. The room is very spacious and clean, very nice air conditioning. I will come back and recommend without hesitation ✨✨✨

Fantastic experience located in a little corner of peace and tranquility. Clean, tidy and cozy rooms, great service and very good attached restaurant. The host was very kind and always flexible with our needs, the accommodation enjoys in its major strengths such as open spaces, fantastic views and the tranquility of being away from large inhabited centers, being still very convenient to easily reach Lucca. This place was an unforgettable cigliegina on the cake of our vacation, I would absolutely repeat the experience!

This was hands-down the most amazing experience we've ever had through Airbnb. The B\&B is nestled along the breathtaking coast of Italy, and somehow the photos don’t do it justice — the location far exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family by the warm and incredibly kind hosts. You can tell this place is run with love, care, and genuine hospitality. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of — from the spotless, beautifully decorated rooms to the delicious breakfast each morning. What truly set this stay apart was the generosity and friendliness of the family who owns it. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and offered great local tips that helped us experience the area like insiders. And the cherry on top? Free access to bikes! We spent hours riding along the coast, exploring nearby villages and harbors. It was absolute perfection.

Very good location just outside the city walls and good value for money. Host was extremely helpful and booked a good local restaurant for us. If you’re driving you can park for free on the streets nearby between the lines. We arrived midday on a Saturday and all the spots were taken but the bnb have their own car park for a fee of 10 euros. Lucca is fab!

Martina and her mom were very friendly , we felt at home. The room and the entire house was very nice and well maintained, breakfast was also very good and nothing was missing, also with the parking lot everything was great. Martina gave us great recommendations that embellished our vacation. We will definitely book again. Thank you Martina for your hospitality.

B&B Renate is a beautiful place to relax and linger. It feels like you're coming home to friends. In addition to the ingenious breakfast, Hennie cooked us with wonderful food, for a small extra charge. The rooms are exactly as beautiful as in the pictures and everything is made with a lot of love for detail. We would recommend the B&B to everyone. We've had the best Airbnb stay here so far.

Really lovely place to stay. The village is beautiful, though there are no shops. The bus to Lucca runs from just outside which makes it very accessible (though there is no service on Sunday). We attended a wedding nearby, but it would also suit someone looking for a peaceful escape.

We had wonderful days with Marta and Giorgio. The place is beautiful and very nicely located. From the balcony, mine has a beautiful view of the very well-kept garden. Our daily highlight was breakfast in the garden. Everything was prepared with a lot of love. We were provided daily with ideas for day trips and felt completely comfortable. Thank you Marta and Giorgio, we will be back!!!

Daniele's B&B is a real insider tip. We found beautiful and very clean rooms. The host Daniele is extremely eager to meet all wishes and provide his guests with information about the region. You can tell that he cares about the well-being of his guests. The typical Italian breakfast far exceeded our expectations. Daniele also responded to our extra requests for a small extra charge immediately. Despite the location on a busy street, the rooms facing the street with the window closed are very quiet. We can fully recommend the B&B Thank you, Daniele, for allowing us to spend such a pleasant time at your place.

A perfect place to stay and rest for a few days

We had wonderful stay and are planning to come back! The B&B is clean and comfortable and in a perfect location for exploring the center of Castelnuovo di Garfagnana, surrounding trails through the beautiful woods and the Fortezza! Silvia was very kind and helpful with suggesting things to do and places to eat. Highly recommend.

From Lorenzo it's like being at home away from home, they are beautiful people and we immediately had a great time. From excellent communication to super availability to our every request or question, Lorenzo opened the doors of his home to us and perhaps even a piece of heart, it seems that he is hosting people to meet and get to know each other and to make the walls of the house live always and in any case, even if they for work or for other reasons cannot be there, they make us stay with other people. And what a beautiful house then, a small villa in the middle of the nature of a green that intoxicates all around, tastefully furnished and complete with everything! We will definitely be back because once you pass the goal of the House of Agata, you feel indebted to return. If you are a lover of greenery, tranquility, Tuscany with everything it has to offer, the authentic one of the villages, a stay at the Casa di Agata is all you need. Maria Livia’s place was fantastic. Spotlessly clean and well-appointed in a beautiful location. Excellent value for money and Maria Livia was a wonderful host. I would happily stay there again.

Rosa was very friendly and she did everything to make our stay perfect. The room was very nice, even better than our expectations, and the breakfast was very good and fulfilling. I definitely recommend booking here.

Elisabetta's house is lovely. It is an old Garfagnino farmhouse renovated in strict compliance with the original materials and furnished with great taste. In a panoramic position about 2 km from the village, the view is beautiful. Elisabetta was a perfect host, attentive to every detail, super helpful, thoughtful. Highly recommended stay !!!!

I really can't speak highly enough of my stay with my hosts, Elizabeth & Marco. Their home is elegant and full of delightful character. In a mountain village setting I got luxury and comfort, close to the sea and other places of interest to any tourist in Italy. My bedroom and bathroom were spacious and beautifully furnished. I enjoyed a welcoming vinsanto provided when I arrived whilst enjoying the breathtaking view. Breakfast was a feast and truly delicious, home made cake, Marco's handmade ancient grain sourdough bread, local yoghurt and butter, all accompanied by Elizabeth's garden jams and marmalade from their own orange trees, and a cheeseboard of local produced sheep cheese from a shepherd down the road. I was fortunate enough to enjoy an amazing dinner with Elizabeth & Marco one evening, a fantastic and stunning meal, made from fresh locally sourced ingredients, and I would urge fellow travellers to accept any offer by E & M to join them for dinner. A stunning stay.

Mirko was abroad but Monti made uns feel more than welcome and at home. The room was spacious, bright and very tastefully designed with breathtaking town and Mountain Views The bathroom was also state of the art with plenty fluffy white towels. The location is very central and perfect for exploring Lucca. I can 100% recommend this listing.
