Vacation rentals with a patio in Viareggio

The place has the most gorgeous views and it is absolutely quiet - except for bird song. Perfect for relaxation. I went swimming in the pool every morning. We were able to explore Northern Tuscany, using La Lavanda as a base. One just has to be prepared for a pretty scary drive up and down the mountain. But one gets used to it. Sabrina welcomed us and was really, really helpful. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Ledesma. The flat was very well appointed and the small balcony was lovely for breakfast and drinks. It was easy to access the city walls and we loved strolling along and enjoying the view. We were also able to get gluten free food at the nearest Esselunga, about 15 minutes away on foot. Lucca is a truly beautiful place and we will definitely be back.

Very central location, apartment was very modern and clean. Enjoyed our stay but would highlight that the apartment is hard to access with large luggage and/or elderly guests, otherwise would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Formentale. The house was exactly as described, clean, cozy and cared for down to the smallest detail. Francesca proved to be an exceptional host: helpful, friendly and attentive, respecting our privacy. The location of the apartment was ideal for exploring the area, and we also really appreciated his suggestions on activities and places to visit with the kids. I highly recommend his accommodation to anyone who wants to have an authentic and enjoyable experience. We hope to be back soon!

Cinque Terre was so lovely and magnificent that it matched Vittoria and Guiseppina! This place was so wonderful and spacious, perfect for our family of four. It’s tucked a tiny bit back from the main entrance of Riomaggiore so you get a view of the town and the port. And the view!! OMG, what dreams are made of. We used the terrace everyday; you soak in all of the goodness around you. As for the inside, it was so perfectly decorated and had everything we needed to make a small breakfast of eggs/toast/pancetta. We selfishly drank all of the coffee pods she left us, it was so delicious. She also left us crisps, cookies, candies, jams, and a bottle of wine (but we are not drinkers, thank you anyway!) We drove and they reserved a parking spot for us in town and walked us to the apartment. First class service if you ask me! The restaurant directly across was stellar, book in advance. You won’t regret your stay here and you won’t find nicer ladies to host you. Grazie mille!

I fell in love with this house and didn't want to leave it. The place is quiet, the apartment has everything you need. Large veranda with sofa, dining area and even a sink. Close to several restaurants and cafes, including takeout. There is a house restaurant 200 m away where they make pizzas of your choice and fresh cantucci in minutes. Supermarket within 5 minutes' walk. The beach is less than 5 km away. Pisa is a 10-minute drive and Lucques is 20-30 minutes away. I would highly recommend it.

Maurizio's accommodation is highly recommendable. We were four adults and a small child and stayed for almost two weeks. The accommodation was spacious enough for us, and the old farmhouse has a lot of charm. The park-like garden is truly beautiful. All in all it is a great place to relax or play table tennis or volleyball. There's also a sandbox, a swing, and other toys for children. We really enjoyed the pool. If you're looking for peace, tranquility, and nature, this is the place for you. The host and his wife are very friendly, and we also found the gardener extremely kind.

Franco and Elisabetta's place was great! The instructions to find the place were very good as it can be confusing to locate around Riomaggiore. I especially appreciated that the place was accessible with a code so that I didn't have to worry about bringing a key around. The kitchen was well stocked and the terrace was a nice bonus. Highly recommended to stay here!

My family and I visited this quiet apartment to explore the northern part of Tuscany. The check in was smooth, the host accommodated our arrival and was always available for our questions. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are large, the kitchen is superbly stocked with spices and dishes. We were able to warm up the cottage with central heating, which we especially like. The host offered for the last day that we could stay longer if we wanted. We would definitely come back to this appartement next time we explore this part of beautiful Italy.

We are so grateful to Alessio for meeting us at the train station and carrying our bags up the steps to the apartment. The apartment location could not be better and it’s even better in real life than the pictures. The view from the bedroom window is breathtaking overlooking the stunning harbour and hillside surrounded by a great selection of restaurants. The seafood here is superb . Vernazza in our opinion is the prettiest of the 5 villages and an ideal base for the surrounding hikes. We enjoyed the Corniglia to Vernazza, Vernazza to Monterosso, Via Dell Amore from Riomaggiore to Manarola. We also enjoyed a 2 hour boat trip to see all villages from the sea. Vernazza also has excellent gelateria. A highlight of our trip so far , we would thoroughly recommend this apartment and Vernazza. It’s worth exploring all 5 villages. They are so easily connected by train and each has a unique charm. Would come back here in a heartbeat.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and we had a great time! The house is authentic and comfortable. We both had to work as well and the internet worked perfect for us. We had online meetings at the same time without issues. There is no phone reception though but we could manage everything online. Marco is a great host and on top of things to make sure you have a great stay!

Mariarita's place is truly a gem! The furnishings are lovingly, high-quality and tasteful in every detail. Besides, everything was exceptionally clean. We particularly liked the outdoor seating and the beautiful garden (which, incidentally, is also remarkably well maintained). We had our e-bikes with us and arrived in Lucca in 40 minutes stress-free. Mariarita and her husband are wonderful, loving and friendly hosts and we felt very comfortable from the first moment. Thank you for this wonderful stay and we would come back here immediately!

Wonderful place to either lay back and enjoy the picturesque-postcard view from the comfort of your front yard or the pool (which was refreshingly cool in June), or to go further explore Tuscany locations within reach. The house was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you could ask for, ie a quiet and air conditioned bedroom, kitchen with a gas stove, fridge and a wood fired bbq and a jacuzzi + comfy seating outside. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance, max 10 minutes. Andrea is a fantastic host who clearly cares about providing the best possible stay for her guests, which she did. Whenever we return to Tuscany, we will definitely make sure to stay here at Palaia again.

Our stay was short but beautiful. Everything worked out. We were very satisfied with the house. Paulo is a very nice host, showed us everything and also gave us his recommendation where you can eat well. Which beaches nearby are good was really all highly recommended. I will be booking this home again.

It didn't even match the pictures! On the contrary, what was even more beautiful! The morning with the view into the vineyard, a dream. Even the cats were friendly 😂 We recommend the accommodation to everyone as well as the local bakery 3 houses😅

Pauline’s place was gorgeous and very close for shopping not far to walk to the airport and to see pisa everything was located perfectly and the apartment was very easy to find so if you struggle with finding apartments and get lost this is a perfect place for you :)

We had a great family stay thanks to this apartment which has everything you need and was incredibly clean. Giovanni is very nice and responsive, it was a real pleasure to live in this bubble for a day. We'll be back for sure!

We loved our stay with Matteo. We had the best welcome of our entire stay in Italy: we had a late check-in (9:30 p.m.) and it was Matteo's mother and father who showed us around the accommodation, explaining how everything worked. Better yet, we had everything we needed to make our first dinner and breakfast. It was really the highlight of our stay. It is also very close to everything, about a 10-minute walk from the train station, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We had a little problem and Matteo called his mother who arrived in less than 5 minutes. Wow, that's service :)! Here is a quick list of our impressions. Pros: - Incredible welcome +++ - Air conditioning throughout the accommodation - Very functional kitchen - Very spacious - Accessible everywhere on foot Cons: - the shower door may need to be repaired. This is the Airbnb that really makes us feel "home away from home"! Thank you ++++

Cozy apartment with a great terrace and pool, from which you have a wonderful view of nature and the sea. The road to the apartment is adventurous, but passable. The area is very quiet and there is nature around the apartment. The hosts were super friendly and always available. I would definitely spend a second vacation here!

We stayed at Sabrina’s place for one night on our way back from a road trip through the countryside. It’s a great location - 10 mins to the Leaning tower of Pisa, bars and restaurants. I would stay again.
