Vacation rentals with beach access in Viareggio

We had a lovely week in viareggio the apartment is lovely and in a great location, the host is very helpful and friendly.

Very well-kept and in a strategic position both in terms of beaches and Carnival. Friendly and helpful host. Amenities and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended for a sea time or Carnival

We had a wonderful stay in Portovenere. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—just a short walk from the city, shops, and restaurants. It was the ideal base to explore the Cinque Terre and enjoy the peaceful charm of Portovenere. Our hosts were friendly and responsive, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. Special thanks to Helena for her warm help! We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Natalia's apartment is strategically located for visiting the 5 lands and more. It is very close to the sea and is complete with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The reserved parking space should not be underestimated. Very convenient for getting around and accessible by public transport. Great experience. I'd go back.

Great location, great view and great welcome from Francesco and Mari. They took the time to explain everything to us and give us the explanations to facilitate our visit. The place was beautiful and very clean.

Loved the location as it is close to the town center and in a private building. The view from the apartment is great also, seeing the ocean every morning is always a plus. Elio was kind, friendly, and responsive. He never hesitated to accommodate my needs. The pricing is a great deal compared to the surrounding hotels/resorts, and you get a kitchen and washer so huge plus for longer stays.

Very good communication with Francesco who is very attentive. The accommodation is in a perfect location for visiting Florence, Pisa, the Cinque Terre. It is also well-equipped. The bedding is of good quality.

Flawless apartment, close to the beach and amenities but in a quiet and peaceful area. Mariangela is always very helpful and attentive, even to our most obvious requests! There were three of us, two adults and a three-year-old child, and given the space in the house, you can think of staying even in four.

Everything is as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

Comfortable and convenient apartment for my parents as it has no stairs, is clean, tidy, and had everything. The warm welcome of Giacomo's parents made the stay start in the best way, they are fantastic people who take care of their guests in every way.

The apartment is ideal for a family of 4. There's nothing missing as the other reviews have already described. Frederica was always available and very helpful when questions came up in the first few days. We also enjoyed the large, beautiful garden and often met the two dogs, the cat and the three turtles there. The bikes are suitable for short distances within Marina. Many thanks also to Cristina, who was also always hospitable and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Very positive experience. Well organized and clean house, close to the sea but far from the noise of the center. I'd love to come back if I'm in the area. Only flaw: it may not be easy to find parking, despite being paid everywhere. We parked and didn't move the car again.

We enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful, garden amazing and views even better than the photos. Gloria gave us a warm welcome and showed us everything we needed to know. A car is essential. The local restaurant owner was very friendly and we enjoyed a few meals there, very convenient, only 5 mins walk! The area is lovely, so much to explore. Thank you for letting us stay.

My sister and I were celebrating our 70 and 69 birthdays respectivelly and we decided to explore the beautiful area of Cinque Terre. Casa "La Caletta" had a breathtaking view that transformed in colors throughout the day. The surroundings are very private with birds singing as if in paradise. Maria Grazie was a wonderful, knowlegable and gracious host. Her father, Ricardo ensured that we had a comfortable experience with his expertise handywork and maintenance of the space. This was an experience of our lifetime enhanced by the arrival and stay of our other two sisters who surprised us on our birthdays. I was disappointed when I arrived in New York and did not have the dream-like view in the morning. Warning: wear comfortable walking shoes and do not bring a lot of luggage. Thank you, Maria and Ricardo for the unforgettable experience. We would return in a second!

A fairytale house, overlooking the sea with wonderful views from every window. Tastefully furnished on every corner, very characteristic with its 4 rooms on 4 floors. The sea view balcony with direct access makes it special even if you want to spend some time at home in peace. The location is more than excellent, very close to the central square but sheltered by the street go. Finally, Lola is a very kind and helpful owner. We didn't want to leave!!!

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

We were super happy with our stay! It was conveniently located, calm, sunny and very close to the beach. It's small but has everything you need for a few days!

Fantastic location near the city and view from the apartment is outstanding. The only problem we had was getting in the apartment as the apartment door is finicky and this could be easily corrected. Would rent again and again. Magical place, magical city.

Very well located accommodation in the city and to visit the five lands and Pisa too... Very clean apartment and comfortable bedding in the bedroom (sofa in the living room is not suitable for adults and teenagers because you smell a metal bar in the back) The parking space is very convenient and is a real plus in this area...supermarket next to the apartment it's great...small downside the street noise and the front door of the building...Also thoughtful to take shower gel, dishwasher and washing machine tablet because it's not available in the apartment...

Thank you very much Super Luigi😉!! We just had a great stay in Viareggio with my wife and our 2 children. And the apartment offered by Gianmarco is a big part of it!! The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! This place was beyond our expectations. The location couldn’t have been more perfect in this little town by the sea. You are so close to everything. The place was exactly as described. It is small but very charming. The patio is where we spent most of our time overlooking the harbor…it is so peaceful and beautiful. Our host was so responsive to our every question and helpful with suggestions on activities and restaurants. Even helped us with certain hikes to take. You won’t be disappointed staying here. I hope to be able to come back someday soon.

It was my first time with Airbnb and it couldn't have gone better. Melissa and Giovanni were absolutely lovely hosts – friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. The apartment is gorgeous, even better than the description. Everything is like new and really cool. The two balconies offer stunning sea views – they're actually amazing. Tellaro is a charming and peaceful village with an authentic Italian vibe, good restaurants and an interesting history. Private parking right near the apartment was really important – without that, it would have been almost impossible to find a parking spot. We had an unforgettable vacation here. I can sincerely recommend this place to everyone!
