Vacation rentals with beach access in Verde River

We had an easy time finding the home and Carolyn and Gary were gracious hosts in every way. We were invited to their home made wood fired pizzas and we had a great time. We plan to make their home a regular visit when we come to Sedona. Highly recommend them Kevin and Tricia

This property and the surrounding area is absolutely stunning! It’s such a serene and relaxing place and we were sad to leave! Troy and Katherine were very accommodating and the loft was comfortable and cozy. It was a perfect place for a little getaway and we definitely want to come back.

Our stay at this AirBnB was great! We communicated with Evelyn before our stay and upon arrival at the Phoenix Airport. Daphne met us at the parking lot and took us to the unit; sharing the various services and how to get in and out of the unit. The unit was as described and met our needs. The location is excellent: adjacent to the local Tempe Town Lake providing many activities, near the freeway for easy access coming and going and near several restaurants. The two bedroom/two bathroom unit was spacious and we had all the necessary items for cooking all our meals in the full kitchen. This is a great place to use as a headquarters for visiting friends, shopping, attending concerts and sporting events and relaxing in the Phoenix Area. We highly recommend. Evelyn was available during our stay and met any need we had.

This Airbnb is nothing short of incredible! The attention to detail is unmatched—every corner of the house feels thoughtfully designed to make your stay as comfortable and seamless as possible. From the beautifully decorated spaces to the way everything was perfectly labeled, it made it so easy to settle in without any confusion. We truly felt like we could relax and escape from the busyness of everyday life. The hosts have clearly put a lot of love and care into creating an environment where guests can feel at home. Everyone in our group kept saying this place is a hidden treasure. We all felt very comfortable. It was fun having kayaks and this place being right on the water. There was plenty of everything for our stay. I can see why this place stays booked!

The place was perfect for our group of 8. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and we had plenty of beds and space to be comfortable. AC was nice and cold and the buck hunter was a fun addition. Location was great and walkable to restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again!

Typically would choose a hotel over airbnbs due to lack of cleanliness. However Grace’s place was BETTER than photos shown. It was clean AND beautifully decorated you’ll feel right at home! We stayed for a friend’s wedding and it had all the room we needed. She was more than accommodating whenever I had requested anything. If I had more reasons to come back to this area, I definitely will ALWAYS book a stay here!

Was very nice stay and the early mornings outside were perfect for my K-9 friend and I. Great TVs throughout house and very modern bathroom helped keep us cool and clean. The porch was absolutely perfect for grilling lamb and squid, I cant wait until we return.

We had an amazing stay! The photos truly didn’t do this place justice! It was even more beautiful in person. The space was spotless, stylish, and fully stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. Whether you're cooking, relaxing, or getting ready for a night out, it had all the essentials. I would absolutely recommend booking this place to anyone visiting the Scottsdale area!

Wonderful!! Beautiful home in beautiful surroundings. The home was clean and well stocked. Decks were nice, peaceful and well furnished. The guest book gave clear instructions on all three of the televisions, heating and air. There are many lighting options in the home and each switch has a small label identifying what it goes to. Extremely handy. The home is about 7 miles from downtown Sedona, but the drive to get there is amazing! We didn't mind at all as the views into town were breathtaking. The home is part of a resort nestled along Oak Creek and is very private and peaceful. We arrived after 6 pm and were happy to see an onsite, upscale restaurant where we had dinner after a long travel day. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home for your stay in the Sedona area.

This home was very comfortable. We stayed for a few days since we didn’t want to stay in Sedona. Pretty quick drive to Sedona from here and beautiful views everywhere you look.

Amazing stay. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was incredible to come home to after a day of exploring. The creek across the street was fun for fishing and hanging out. We were able to drive our SXS straight from the villa to bull pen for a day by the water. We appreciated the outdoor hose to rinse off all the dirt. We will come back for sure.

Absolutely Incredible Stay – You HAVE to Book Evan’s Airbnb! Wow, where do I even begin? This was hands down one of the most comfortable and well-stocked Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home — but even better! Evan has thought of everything, from the extra amenities to the little touches that made our stay so convenient and relaxing. But let me tell you — what truly sets this place apart is Evan himself. He is, without a doubt, the most genuine, kind-hearted, and accommodating host I’ve ever encountered. Me and daughters traveled to Arizona for my oldest college graduation. Marissa and Jason’s place is 15 minutes from ASU as well as many restaurants. The location is approximately 20 minutes from the mall. The home feels warm and inviting. We arrived early, Marissa and Jason allowed us to check in early! The place was squeaky clean. We had plenty of linen for the 4 days that we were there. Me and my husband are planning to travel back to the area. We will definitely book again with Marissa and Jason.

Great place to stay! Everything was in great shape, the beds were very comfy, and all the appliances worked perfectly. The location is wonderful, not far off the highway but also in a very quiet anf peaceful setting. After our stay Anna messaged us about something she thought we had left behind, but actually must have been left by a previous renter, and that really speaks to her integrity! We will definitely consider staying here again if we return to the area!
